They're good but I ordered their popcorn chicken for lunch on their app, I get here at 12 but they don't serve pop corn chicken until 3? So why is it available on the app?? Been too many times they're closed without warning. Starting to get tired of the lousy service.

My new favorite tea spot.The Coconut Milk Tea is the best I've had, it tastes like real coconut as opposed to other tea shops where it is overly syrupy. The pearls were warm and chewy, really good quality. The Onigiri were amazing as well. They were hot and reasonably priced.The service was amazing, the man who worked the counter was beyond kind and gave us suggestions on his favorite tea. Everything came out perfect.The rest of the menu looks amazing as well, I will be coming...

I've been here often and I love it. The drinks and options on those drinks are fantastic, especially as someone who is lactose intolerant. The food is surprisingly good as well for a boba place. 10/10
