This place is pretty good as I have no had them before but decided to give them a try.
Started off speaking with the front desk lady who was really nice and enjoyed the owner who is super friendly.
Got a standard pizza slice and a regular order of fries.
The fries were a bit but I can speak about the place while we wait for the fries.
I'd say the inside is tight but to be expected for the location with a decent sized dining room.
Anyways, got the pizza and they are those big NY style slices so 1 will be 2 small size slices so wonderful and that cheese was perfection.
Next, the fries got done after a somewhat lengthy wait and when they did come out, it was worth it as those fries were both well done but not crunchy like most places so give the pizza 3.5/5 and the fries a solid 5/5 so can't wait to try more and I'd recommend here again. 4.3/5 since I can't do decimals.
Parking: Parking in rear with ample space
Kid-friendliness: Seems to be nice to kids as a lot hung out there.

Ordered from here for 7 years. Tonight was officially my last order. The last 3 times I’ve ordered have all been horrible experiences. From not getting food that I ordered, to them getting my order wrong, to them not relaying to the driver that I paid and tipped on my card, then over charging my card, etc. if the young girl answers the phone, I can guarantee my order is wrong. 3 strikes, time to find a new place now.

On 5/5/24 there was a pink hair girl who came to the counter with an open bag of Cheetos and cheesy fingers. Zero cares took my money and gave me back money with her Cheetos cheesy finger prints on my $5 and $1 bills. Then I see her In The back loading sandwich’s into foil and boxes with no gloves on. I doubt she washed her hands after sucking down cheeto’s. It’s a shame because so far the food has been decent, but after this experience I think it’s my last.

Parking: A bar and a dance studio dominate parking in the evenings. There are about 5o spots available in the plaza

We had Penne A La Vodka and Chicken Francese for lunch and that was so delicious. German (the owner) stands behind the quality of food and service. We will definitely order from this place for our business meetings in a future and highly recommend Luigi's Pizzarama.
