I've had Korean food all around the area, and this is hands down one of the best places. I go to Hmart regularly and it's super easy to swing by and grab lunch or dinner.

This is a little corner of the H Mart grover store. We stopped in for California Roll which were delicious and very affordable. We're looking forward to trying other dishes.

I have always wanted to try the food here for as long as I have been going to H-Mart, since this tiny restaurant is located inside the grocery store. But, I will admit that the menu initially intimidated me. None of the dishes were familiar to me. Even though there were English translations for the names of each of the dishes offered, I still found myself standing in front of the order counter Googling what each dish traditionally included. I knew that I had a soup craving when I came in here, and I am so glad that I settled on the gamja-tang. The pork rib broth soup was so rich and flavorful, and it included some delicious, big, meaty pieces of pork on the bone. The potatoes and other vegetables inside the soup were also very flavorful and cooked to perfection. The seasoning was just right with this dish! I didn't know that I would also get a side of white rice, kimchi, and other small container filled with what appeared to be some type of bean. All of these little additions were excellent to eat with my soup. And as an added benefit, my meal that was close to $13 really turned out to be two or three meals given the amount of food provided. I enjoyed the soup again when I reheated it the next day. Still so full of flavor and rich. I would certainly come back to try some of the other menu items.

Hidden in the front corner of H Mart in Levittown, PA, lies Manna Kitchen, a tiny Korean restaurant serving cuisine from the homeland and China at reasonable prices. There are only four tables, so takeout is the primary focus. I stopped in yesterday to check out their Korean Fried Chicken, which comes six pieces to the container for nine bucks and change. To be transparent, we seemed to have a small miscommunication about exactly what I was getting. I asked for Korean Fried Chicken Wings, which I thought the friendly order taker agreed I could have. Instead, what I got were a few wings and a majority of thighs. Now, I like thighs, but they are not the same as wings in taste nor texture. So, when I arrived home my first impression was that I had received huge wings. First bite told the tale, and disappointed my taste buds. The crisp was there, as was the delicious ginger soy finish, but the taste of the dark meat chicken could not be mistaken. I am willing to chalk this confusion up to poor ordering on my part, rather than intentional misdirection by the staff. I did enjoy them once I realized what I had, it's just that my expectations were left unmet. This accounts for the loss of a star. After all, meeting expectations is what satisfaction is all about, and thus, reviews reflect that reality. Still, I will get back to Manna sooner or later to see what else is going on. I do hope for no more misunderstandings, and that the chef is wearing her mask at all times while handling food, which accounts for the second demerit.

Amazing!!!! I literally wanted to order everything off the menu but settled with 4 items and each one was better than the next. Spicy beef stew

Easy to take this spot for granted because it's not a standalone restaurant building... but I love this place! For anyone wondering - food has stayed delicious and high-quality throughout covid. I got Korean fried chicken and ojingeo bokkeum (spicy stirfried squid/vegetables over rice) for takeout - so, so good... Call ahead so you can pick up as soon as you get there - otherwise shop around for 10-15 min. Service is friendly/patient and pays attention to detail. The entire Hmart location is super clean and has a lot of safety precautions; I didn't see dine-in options when I went.UPDATE - I went again today because I started craving it after writing this review and they have dine-in available now!
