Terrible attendance! The girl in the cashier looks like she hates when customers get in the door. Terrible face and ZERO nice behavior. Disgusting behavior. UNLESS she doesn’t need to sell to have her money. Or she doesn’t know that the store depends entirely on customers to keep the doors open!🧐🤨

bad service passive aggressive and overly priced 10$ drinks

I drive the extra distance to this specific Mr Wish as staff very friendly, and provided great suggestions as to what to try. Drinking Cafe Bombon now. Krissi or Kristi (not 100% sure) seems to be key person there and very helpful to us non-asian boba tea newbies

The drinks were very good but the service was super bad, the girl who served us was so bad 😡 that she made us look bad. Customer service shouldn't be like that, that's why I give it a star, because the service is the most important thing.

I am very disappointed today. I was just there with my husband and he asked for mr.wish special fruit tea and one mango smoothie. The lady at the counter must have heard it wrong and made passionfruit tea instead. When I tasted it I noticed that it’s not the special fruit tea, so I took it back and I told her that my husband asked for special fruit tea and you gave him passionfruit. She did not acknowledge her mistake at all but insisted that my husband asked for passionfruit tea . However, it’s not possible because that’s the only drink I get it from there. Instead of being apologetic and courteous she was very blunt about it.

visit this store weekly. hardcore mr.wish fans. tucked away in a strip mall like all mr.wish stores, it's simple and basic. the aroma of brown sugar boba slaps you in the face as you walk in, eliciting delightful childhood memories. prices are comparable to other mr.wish stores/boba stores in area.

Last night was my last time coming to this location. The drinks and food are always amazing, however, every time I come here the cashier seems like they hate their job. She made faces and talked very rudely to the family next to us because they thought our drink she put out was theirs. They don't call anything out or take names so there's no reason to be rude over confusion. I can tolerate the repeated silent service this location always gives but the attitude of the cashier last night pushed it.
New Falls Road location is better.
