I stopped at this location during lunch and I had a great experience. There was a new girl working upfront and she did phenomenal. She had a smile on hed face the whole interaction and was very outgoing and respectful. Everyone there is always extremely pleasant and the food was delicious as always

About a tablespoon of tuna on half a tuna sandwich. Super disappointed.

Took 45 minutes to get the food after placing a rapid to go order, got home missing 4 items. Had to drive back and the manager said sorry about that. Not even an offer of a free pastry or anything. By the time I got back to eat half our food was cold. All together between placing the order, driving back and forth to pick up the food the forgot, it was an hour and a half of my time. After I voiced my unhappiness the manager literally said nothing. Not sure if there’s new management but seems to be going down hill.
This is the nicest Panera Bread I have ever been too. The staff is attentive to your every need and you can tell they take their jobs seriously to give us guests the greatest possible experience. If i owned my own restaurant I would be in here offering top pay trying to get these ladies and gentlemen to work for me. 10/10 I will continue to spend my hard earned money here, thank you for all you do.

Wow what a treat to be able to enjoy a a delicious bowl of soup and sandwich out and about and to feel like it was made by my very own Grandmother. The staff were so so pleasant and gracious when I shared my enthusiasm for the wonderful experience. I’m a now and forever a Panera Fan.
