I’ve always loved Papa John’s—especially the pizza and the boneless chicken wings. Even though we don’t order often (since they don’t deliver to our area), it was always worth it when we did. The pizza was always great, and the wings were consistently delicious.
This time was a huge disappointment. The cheese was thick and the consistency was so off I ended up pulling it all off. The crust and sauce weren’t the same either, and the sausage pizza had noticeably less sausage than before—they’ve clearly gotten stingy. On top of that, the boneless chicken wings were rubbery and not good at all. After years of enjoying Papa John’s, this was a total letdown.

This is probably the worst experience that I have ever had. I myself have never had Papa John’s until last night. And I am glad that this was my first and last time that I’ll ever have it. I ordered two pizza pies. Two plane pies and each pie had now cheese or sauce and the black olives were embedded into the dough.

First off, the parking lot is atrocious...pot holes and craters all over, half the business are closed down so it looks abandoned. Second time I've been here and it's a swarm of foreign guys, zero menus posted in the place so apparently walk ins are discouraged, as also indicated by the $10 extra I unknowingly paid on a special that was advertised at $11.99, but the guy said no it's $23 and I didn't realize until after it was ordered. I think I was at a similar place in NJ but luckily the girl there informed me it was an online special...

I used to order Papa John's all the time and it was my favorite pizza chain. I ordered from here and my whole family got food poisoning. Vomiting and diarrhea for 2 days! Only one of us didn't get sick because they didn't eat the pizza! Never order from here.

Last few times I order from here they will take my money and not give me all my items . But when I go to call them their phone place me on hold for over 30 +min and no one answers it . Then it tells me it switches thru door dash delivery then I can't get a hold of NO ONE. I need a manager to call or refund me back.

Levittown papa John’s went to pick up food was told out of stock. No apology tried to offer soda and dessert in place of non existent food. Bad service and terrible customer service.couldn’t even print out receipt.

Not sure how this guy is still allowed to run this place. Always has an attitude, slamming things, cursing, arguing with customers. I ordered a pizza at 11:36, estimated time it would be done is between 11:43 - 11:53. Walked in the store at 11:50 ish and the guy is no where to be found. I sit there just waiting until another customer came in also waiting. I called the restaurant to maybe get the guys attention and the phone wasn’t even ringing. The other customer finally yells and the employee comes out after 11:55 to start making the food that was suppose to be done already. Then he gets annoyed with the other customer and tells him he has to wait. Maybe if you actually stayed up at the front doing your job you would have saw on the screen the food that needed to be made and you wouldn’t have to argue with customers telling them you have to wait as if it’s our fault you didn’t start making the food. Finally got my pizza at 12:26, 50 minutes after I ordered. Guy doesn’t even offer a discount or anything to make up for his behavior.

Ordered food for the family, upon pickup the facility smelled like a skunk, I feel like the employees were doing other activities rather than making customer’s pizza. Once we got home we discovered our pizza was incorrect, we were missing an order of wings, and we didn’t even get our dipping sauces that we were charged for.
Upon calling the location to correct the issue, the employee who answered the call stated they were getting ready to close and they couldn’t do anything to assist, and instructed me to call back tomorrow. I paid for my food today, why would I want to call tomorrow to receive my order or even a reimbursement. Completely unprofessional, I would not recommend any one use this location at all.
Ordered here before and it was OK. Ordered here again recently and it was TERRIBLE. Breadsticks were dry, no flavor, my dog didn't even want them. The pizza tasteless. The boneless wings were some terrible chicken nuggets with barely any sauce to coat them all. Ordered extra garlic butter and got none at all. Lastly the delivery times are terrible it took almost 2 hours. They also marked the delivery that it was on the way and marked it delivered when it wasn't. Called and the guy still had it in store. Will never order from here again.

Ordered $48.00 worth of pizza yesterday night, got Xl ny pizza with pepperoni and green peppers, another XL Ny pizzz with sausage and a lg ultimate pepperoni pizzz and an order of bacon cheese breadsticks
NEVER AGAIN Hardly any cheese or sauce and crust burnt on bottom , tried to call and couldn’t reach anyone , wasn’t driving back up and was embarrassed to serve it to company here fir dinner but had to Disgraced never again

I ordered online I got here and they said my order wasn't in the system they had no record of it. Told me to call customer service gave me the number it just calls the store couldn't give me any help. I showed them the email conformation and the charge on my credit card this is ridiculous they didn't want to make or give me my pizza even with me showing proof. And I had no way of canceling the order either
