Papa John's definitely has fallen from the top of the "fast food" pizza chains. The pizza lacked flavor and the garlic dipping sauce just tasted like chemicals. The best part was the pepper. Photo is of what passes for a medium pizza, barely larger than my hand.

Unfortunately it’s still the worst in the area. It’s been about 3 years since I’ve ordered from this location and It still treats customers the same even though I gave it another chance. I placed an order the other night and only received part of it. My wings were missing. I tried to call the restaurant to get it resolved and no one answered just kept getting put on hold to listen to recording over and over again. This is absolutely unacceptable. If this is how they are going to conduct business then they should not be in business. The cheesesticks I did get were subpar anyway. It’s highly disappointing that was once a great place is absolutely a terrible place. Please close this location down. It’s awful. They do not care about customers at all.

When it comes to any late night deliveries, the store will avoid your call like the plague. The call center will just keep trying to put you in touch with the store and no one will ever pick up. Horrendous customer service... In serious need of re-staffing. -100 Stars

Used to ve very good... now it's terrible under new ownership from mid E . We ordered pizza online . So there is no question of misunderstanding. They screwed our order, and pizza was tested like dough, not even fully cooked. They can't even shape round shaped pizza .. we ordered a new garlic crust and got totally aweful cheese filled pizza . Wasted $40 on two pizzas. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs .Vegetarian options: Vegetarian option is available since its Papa John . But from this location, no .. not even non-Vegetarian pizza is recommended . Terrible place . They will screw your order.

Asked for them to not knock on the door cause the dog would wake the baby. Clearly can’t read. Get to the door to get my food he’s gone, 2 liter missing. Call the store have screen recording of being left on hold for an hour. And then said it would be fixed it’s now 3 hours after my food was dropped off.. if I have the patience to wait on the phone for an hour for a 2 liter do you really think this will just “go away” wrong one. FAFO.

The clerk couldn't find the order by order number. When given the name he took three tries to find it.Parking: Poor shape. Needs to be paved and painted.
Ordered two pizzas and picked them up. Made the mistake of not checking them first. They were burnt beyond all recognition. I went back and asked for a refund and the guy said he will do that but it never happened.

Twice I ordered from PapaJohns and they send it through DoorDash my problem is that they don’t seal the boxes, wife said we won’t be ordering from PapaJohns ever again and I agree, pizzahut seals the food when they have to use doirdash.
