“Their Margarita pizza had no basil or garlic. It looked like they just dumped a can of diced tomatoes on top—tasted awful. Very disappointed.
My order was the only one for pickup at the time. The staff wasn’t busy, the area wasn’t crowded, and I was the only customer there this Sunday afternoon. I left feeling completely frustrated with how my order was handled.
I’ve been a customer for 8 years, but now I’m not sure if I’ll return.
When I called, the girl simply asked if I wanted to drive back so they could add basil. Really? :(( Not even an apology. I guess I’ll have to leave an honest review about today’s service.
The staff clearly doesn’t care about the owner’s business.”

I asked for extra crispy wings and they were barely cooked. I've been ordering there for over 10 years but recently their food sucks. They charge more but food is unsatisfactory. I asked for a California burger & got a cheeseburger, the pizza was so soggy you couldn't even pick it up. Another time the bottom of the pizza was burnt. I don't know where they are getting their staff & cooks but I won't be order there again

This evening I picked up a Cheesesteak pizza from Parkway Pizza, shared it with my neighbors and we all thought it was delicious great job Parkway Pizza.

For the past 6 months they've had sour cream on their menu but they never have it. Then confronted by a very rude employee on the phone trying to offer me something else when I suggested that they take sour cream off the menu if they no longer carry it. The young girl got aggravated and hung up on me because I wanted to cancel the order. Overpriced food and horrible service. Enough said. Y'all don't even hold a candle to Keystone Bagels that's sitting next door, y'all might want to take some of their advice about business ethics ?

I've been eating stuff from parkway pizza since I was a kid and I'm 35 years old now and I have to say they have never disappointed with their food. If you like their food though you should also give Guido's steaks a try on Bristol Pike.

This used to be my go-to place for years. Food quality has gone down considerably and when I ordered the other day for delivery, I was paying cash and the driver didn't have her change on her and seemed annoyed that she had to go get it. Like she expected an 8 dollar tip. Anyway, food isn't as good as it used to be and they don't really follow instructions all the time. I'm moving, so that will probably be my last time ordering from here.

coming back to visit after being gone 6 years We were on a mission to see who had the best cheese steaks in the area that we missed so much and after eating nine different places parkway Takes the victory happy 40 years Parkway.
I live around other Italian restaurants that offer the same menu, but when I'm in the mood for a real cheesesteak...I travel the distance and come here. Every time. Why? I can't pin the sandwich down to just one thing. It's just dam good!!!
