On 07/01/2025 at 11:30am I decided to go to the Drive thru n order a 2 Piece Chicken Meal, I specifically told them make sure everything is fresh. I get my meal the fries were cold n the chicken was the same, n the manager told me I had to wait 15 minutes for fresh food. She was not concern at all, so I decided to get a refund.. worse experience ever, she should be trained for better Customer Service..

Everything was good. We never ate there before so it took us a minute to figure out the continuous changing menu screen. Food was pricy and didn't include drinks in the price. Probably won't go back but food tasted good.

Come on man this food is ready expensive enough and I can’t even get it fresh. My chicken was so cold and hard. I should’ve checked it before I left.

The food was not fresh at all. I ordered some chicken tenders and they taste like they were there all day two of the tenders were so small they shouldn’t even be considered a tender how disrespectful my biscuit was so dry. I couldn’t even split it open without it crumblingI was there around 7:30 this evening and I’m still mad about it. That’s why I decided to post it should’ve been zero stars.

Experience always great!! Place very nice and clean!! Bathroom clean and smell good! If mistake happens its never at this location!! Good team working together!the best resolution for me order on all and pick up at store! Its one of the places when you getting on app free food and sometimes save my Day!!

Every time I go into this store to order my food I order the same thing but some how end up getting charged differently each time and the Spanish lady who I’m assuming to be the manager just gives me what she want to not what I ordered the way I ordered it. There not many places to eat that are close by to my job so choices are a lil limited but I’m not happy I just paid for 22$ for 6 pieces of wings and she didn’t even give me my drink. I’m never going back again
