Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I love Popeyes food but the service at this popeyes is really poor. They speak broken English and messed up my order twice in one night, and demanded the food back from the wrong order they gave me. Other restaurants let you keep the extra food when they mess up your order.

Edit: forgot to mention he gave me the wrong sauce, he didn't cook the chicken as long as they usually do, he forgot a bag of fries, and all that for a 30+ minute wait. REALLY disappointed with this guy, whoever it was working the latest shift on 11/1/25.

2nd and last disappointment.
On this second visit at this location I noticed there was no line at dinner time through the drive-thru, That's a bad sign. I specifically asked if the combo has drumsticks because they were out of them last time they told me yes. When I got home there were none in the combo, both our biscuits were like hockey pucks, and also they were out of mac and cheese as a side for the second time. Not coming back. That was another frustrating waste of our one day a week take out treat.

I don't know why we always have issues at this location - either forgetting items\\sauces in the bag, being out of things like the Mac and Cheese, or general food quality (how to you burn biscuits, seriously?)

I never leave reviews but Rylie made my day during just a quick 5 minute drive thru experience, very patient and kind and excels at her job.

I recently visited this establishment. And had waited over 30 minutes for my food. However it never arrived. Is my lunch break ended I had to ask for a refund. I was asked several times had I gotten the food is if I was being accused of some sort of crime. I eventually told who I'm assuming is the owner or manager if he didn't believe me that he could check the cameras. I did not leave with a refund. As he stalled and there was an issue with the card reader I do not know why he just didn't issue me a cash refund or believe the customer. I would definitely not recommend coming back here.
