Still a fantastic branch of popeyes. It's also hilarious that the coupons they sometimes throw in all expired dec 2025. It's already march 2026! Someone in the store please do me a solid and just throw the expired coupons all into the trash ;x probably the best crew I've ever experienced tbh for popeyes. Anyways, keep up the great work. Thanks for the yummy food!

Great service at this location. I Walker up to the drive through since I am a truck driver and I received excellent service plus an extra on my order. Great night staff.

Showed up at 10:30pm friday feb 27 and tried to place an order. The girl working the window said they only had 6 pieces of boneless wings left and that they were not making any more due to the cooks leave at 1130 and the store closes at 12. I said there was still an hour and half left before closing and its a chicken fast food. How could they only have 6 pieces left. She said thats what it is. We left. Very annoyed and disappointed. You are a chicken chain- how can say you don't have chicken left and that you stop cooking an hour and half early. lazy employees that do not want to work.
Management needs to get this under control. Seems like I am not the only one who has had this issue.

Today was our very first time here. TARIQ was the guy at Register. He was so very patient! Literally took the time to walk us through the menu. He didn't have to, but his behavior was very much appreciated! He even took the time to double check our order! Best experience, for our first visit! It definitely won't be our last! 🧡🍗🧡🍤🧡

I love Popeyes food but the service at this popeyes is really poor. They speak broken English and messed up my order twice in one night, and demanded the food back from the wrong order they gave me. Other restaurants let you keep the extra food when they mess up your order.

Edit: forgot to mention he gave me the wrong sauce, he didn't cook the chicken as long as they usually do, he forgot a bag of fries, and all that for a 30+ minute wait. REALLY disappointed with this guy, whoever it was working the latest shift on 11/1/25.

2nd and last disappointment.
On this second visit at this location I noticed there was no line at dinner time through the drive-thru, That's a bad sign. I specifically asked if the combo has drumsticks because they were out of them last time they told me yes. When I got home there were none in the combo, both our biscuits were like hockey pucks, and also they were out of mac and cheese as a side for the second time. Not coming back. That was another frustrating waste of our one day a week take out treat.

I don't know why we always have issues at this location - either forgetting items\\sauces in the bag, being out of things like the Mac and Cheese, or general food quality (how to you burn biscuits, seriously?)

I never leave reviews but Rylie made my day during just a quick 5 minute drive thru experience, very patient and kind and excels at her job.
