Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Love Rita’s water ice. Great flavors, awesome location. Love the pretzel’s. People who work there are very nice!

Very nice service, only loss was the fact my boyfriend received a peanut in his dessert that he didn’t order, could’ve been very dangerous had he had an allergy.

The staff at this store is on point! Very respectful crew members, officiant, and speedy!

I have nothing but great things to say about this Rita’s. They went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. The customer service of the whole team of girls is excellent. Thank you so much girls!

I stood in front of the window for about 6 minutes while nobody took the time to help me. Finally I knocked on the window and a woman came from the back on a phone and looked at me and walked out of view. Meanwhile it's 100° out and all I'm trying to do is patronize a local business. After 3 more minutes I knock on the window again and the woman finally ask me what I need. No apology or acknowledgment of the situation.
I bought 6 quarts and they were out of two of the most popular flavors. It takes 20 more minutes to scoop the six quarts then they are placed on the counter without the employee writing down what flavors they are. I asked that she write down what is what and please place everything in a bag so I can get everything home. For some strange reason she doesn't double bag 6 quarts and I am terrified the whole way home that the bag will break and get all over my car.
This was just a lot to deal with for simply trying to patronize a local business. There's another Rita's Water Ice the opposite way on New Falls Road that I can easily go to next time. But this was a very awkward experience just to spend $50 on water ice.

Lazy management can’t even stock the ingredients to make lime water ice.

Use to come here all the time . Something changed in the ingredients, remember when there were pieces of the flavor you choose (fruit waterice). Gives me acid reflux now , no matter the flavor . Assuming it's not the same ingredients anymore taste like twice the sugar

I got a 5 layer gelato which okay 6.49 for water ice and ice creams a little expensive but then to find out that price doesn’t include the extra layer of ice cream, that’s crazy to be charge separately for something that is advertised as one thing for 6.49. Not to mention the ants surrounding the entire building including the counter on the outside where they put your water ice. You are better off going to moms in Langhorne, better quality and prices
