Definitely a locals bar. Seemed like most patrons knew each other. Food was ordered in. They don't serve food. Seats about 40 at the bar, with a few small hi-tops. Tropical themed decor.

Was with my gf friend looked at older women harassed and banned from this bar worst experience ever with no explanation called and they threatened to call the cops on me after 4 years or coming here clearly the guy the banned is friends with the guy

Was just here literally less than 10 minutes ago. Drinks were good and decently priced and staff was friendly, until some other employee came in and we ordered the same two drinks we ordered before (vodka & ginger ale) and he was charging us more than what we paid before. We pointed it out and then the other bartender who served us previously said that she charged us that much before and we said she didn’t. And then she said we were charged $8.75 for a yeungling and a vodka & ginger ale which we weren’t we were charged $8.50 both times. It seems they make up the price as they go evidently. So it’s a decent place but maybe ask for a receipt after every drink lol.

If you’re not a regular you’re definitely going to have to wait for a beer as the bartenders will be too busy chatting to notice you for a solid 5 minutes. Atmosphere was fine and people seemed friendly. But $4.25 for a domestic bottle? That’s crazy. I thought it was supposed to be a dive bar. Plenty of places close by with $3-3.75 domestic bottles.

Jody, (in my opinion) the backbone of the Establishment as well as all other bartenders, are genuinely caring and friendly to all, and know how to keep the peace in any situation ??❤️
Went in to have a beer with my lady one night during the week. Just wanted to have 1 or 2 at most. Next thing I know a guy from down the bar is calling me names for no reason whatsoever. I guess he was drunk. So he rips his top off and goes outside screaming. So the bartender and a girl he was with got in the middle of it and I stayed inside after the initial shock. Anyway left there thinking I did the right thing from preventing violence at there establishment just to get a call two days later saying I’m flagged from the bar. Like I was coming back there anyway after having your regulars try to start fights because there drunk. Gfys for real

An excellent venue for music lovers. Customers can be friendly and the staff is nice, Jodie in particular. The biggest impediment for me here is the heavy cigarette and cigar smoking because it causes me respiratory issues. So I'm not hanging out here anyone unless the bar restricts smoking completely. There are plenty more bars in LBC where smoking is not allowed so I'll be going to those places for music moving forward. That said, the maritime theme of this bar is super cool, I really like it ? Cheers
