I ordered brown sugar shaken expresso which is my usual and i know the taste. I always order less ice and everyone understands that. This guys made it full of ice, which i politely asked then about what i ordered and they strained ice. Now when i taste it, it was a disaster. There was no brown sugar at all. When i asked that there is no brown sugar, that guy added 4 pumps of sugar in it making it extremely sweet. I just started my day and this is now Starbucks is ruining it already. Worst

5 out of the 6 times I’ve come to this Starbucks I have been met with awful customer service, constantly being interrupted with, “Anything else?” With an attitude every item. Not to mention the order being completely wrong 2 of those 6 times.
I will never visit this particular location again after trying the same drinks and wraps at different locations yet getting different tastes.

Amateur hour at the Starbucks. Asked for a mozzarella pestoand egg sandwich, got a Bill Gates impossible sandwich instead.. waited 10 min for a mocha latte that had almond milk in it. Place was backed up in waiting like a high school cafeteria. Won't be coming back.

I ordered a latte and said dairy free with oatmilk the girl gave me an iced latte with whipped cream when I said it was supposed to be hot she closed the window aggressively on me after being super unpleasant the entire transaction

Huge shoutout to this location. When I come in Jasmine always addresses me by name and truly goes above and beyond for every customer she interacts with. I will only go to this location and Jasmine has a huge influence over that reasoning.
