Starbucks please build another one nearby, this one used to be great but now they’re too busy to get your drinks right or care. The app’s approx wait time is a joke. I order the same $9 coffee 5 days a week, it’s made correctly 2/5 times; today I was given a grande even tho I ordered a venti, when I asked if I could have the rest of my coffee the barista just shrugged said that’s it and walked away. I’ll be driving 10mins out of my way to go to Bensalem.

I hate leaving negative reviews especially about one of my favorite starbucks, but this past week has been the worst.. i do mobile order before work so it’s quicker, 3 times this week i asked for oatmilk and it’s been a different kind of milk, my label says oatmilk..
i can’t drink regular milk and i’ve had to throw 3 coffees away. my coffee is about 6.95 .. it’s a waste of my money & time.
i guess it is my fault for not checking before i leave but im in such a rush i don’t have time to even wait for them to make me a new one. i won’t be ordering from this establishment anymore. it’s unfortunate.

Very naice. Drive through was busy, but folks got along right on through. Inside service was just as fast. Shoutout to the staff member who gave us a sample coffee/pastry combo. That was nice.
Organized, bathroom was clean, and they have grounds for gardens, too!

Both restrooms at this establishment are consistently abhorrent. It actually makes me angry every time I go. I must stop at this place about once/month due to a work obligation that takes me out that way. Each & every time I've gone in there for the last year+, I leave the restroom fearing I've contracted hepatitis. All jokes aside, IF ANYONE CARED TO FIX THIS, THEY EASILY COULD. There's no excuse for such LAZINESS & honestly whoever is in charge of this store should be ashamed of themselves.

As a utility contractor who's seen my fair share of Starbucks at 6 AM, and they're usually pretty quiet. But this place? It was absolutely packed! Despite the insane morning rush, my mobile order was ready for pickup in a flash. I honestly thought it would be a chaotic mess, but the team here is incredibly well-managed and super organized. Seriously impressed!

Don’t go to this Starbucks the manager Hanna is the rudest person I ever met. I placed my order and asked for extra cream in my coffee and she said if you want extra cream you can put it in yourself we don’t do that. I told her I come everyday and no one has ever said that and she told me it’s policy and walked away. All the customers in the store looked shocked and just shook their head. I left and went to another Starbucks and they were happy to put extra cream in my coffee. I’ll never go to this Starbucks again.
