Bought two iced coffees. 1 black and 1 with little bit of cream/sugar. Both orders were wrong. I was in a rush and told my wife not to worry about it. After drinking I realized the cup contained nothing but cream and ice. Couldn’t taste any coffee. Last time I go there.

They make terrible drinks. Everything is watered down or made wrong every single time. I just ordered a shaken iced espresso and there was no espresso in it and this was after a 30 minute wait at the drive through.

This place never has normal cold brews, nitro or even iced coffee in stock for a months now it’s been off and on. I know this location was closed for a bit so not sure if there’s new management or what. I generally DoorDash nowadays almost daily if not daily and I’d much rather pay a larger fee to DD from the Newtown one because they are usually in stock and on top of things. I do go threw the drive thru through a few times a month and some staff aren’t that nice.

The employees for the most part are kind. But what's worse is when they laugh AT or ABOUT employees all due to personal reasons and/or health reasons.I wouldn't recommend anyone patronage this particular star bucks unless management is changed.
It’s a hit or miss, on the weekends, the wait is pretty excessive… But the employees are very friendly here and that’s not their fault It gets busy. They have a lot of workers trying to keep up. Half hour for a coffee is ridiculous though.

Service is horrible. The workers are racist. I walked in I wasn't greeted or told someone would be with me, they just ignored me. I stood at the register fir 5 min then I asked where should I place my order nobody responded. I asked how long would it be before I could place an order. I was ignored and I left. So om going to put this on my social media because I'm tired of racism in the country.
