shame on you for canceling an order when people can’t afford food just because they’re using a free coupon.

I won't be returning to this Subway. The entire prep area and dining space were full of fruit flies, which was disgusting. We didn't notice the scale of the problem until it was too late to back out of our order. The quantity of veggies was less than what we paid.

I went in the store at 7:46 pm and was denied service because it was close to 8 pm.. What’s the point of having hours listed until 8 pm if I can’t get service when I arrived before then..
So the first time when I got my sandwich they give me old bread which which was very hard too bite and it wasn’t fresh and we called them but they just said we made it in the morning 2nd time it was an Indian who was taking order and he was on call with someone and he didn’t did great job taking my order and also he kept going back to take other costumer without even finishing my order! It was a long line!
Subway located inside a Walmart. Staff is friendly and made subs well.

I had a bad experience at this place. I ordered through the app, but when I arrived, the lady at the cashier told me they had canceled my order for no reason. She was also rude and unprofessional. It's no surprise this place has so many bad reviews and low ratings. JUST SKIP THIS PLACE DO NOT STOP HERE! ⛔

I can see why the reviews are bad. “Part time owner” BiBi told me there was nothing she could do for me after I drove over 10 minutes to get there and paid $20 for an order that they ended up canceling. She called her other owner a mere 2 times before she told me she could not get a hold of him and that I would have to call myself. She tells me they are family owned and this is why the deal on the app I used got canceled because they are in no way associated with the actual subway app and company which I find hard to believe as they have to have contact in some type of way. They say there, smiled in my face, and laughed to themselves as I was trying to call the owner in order to either get my food that I paid for, or to get a reimbursement, if you are low on money do not spend your money here as they will take it, and leave you with nothing to eat after working a 11 hour shift. They will laugh in your face and tell you there is absolutely nothing they can do. I have worked in retail for years and there is ALWAYS something you can do to help your customers. 2.5 stars should be 1 star.

I went to buy my lunch a moment ago and they didn't give me napkins and what they gave was the paper they put in the bathrooms. I asked about the article and the cashier was rude to me in front of everyone. When I told her I was going to report her, she hid. When it is not the offers that raise the price compared to other subways, it is that they do not provide complete companions and almost never even have them charging more expensive and now this. I'm not coming back 😡

This place is so horrible. I went to get a sandwich that an old worker usually makes for me but I haven’t been there in a while and appearently she doesn’t work there anymore and the tall guy that’s Indian who also smelled of a porter potty made my sandwich instead and it tasted like it was made out of a trash can. Hated it there.
They make amazing sandwiches. I got the grilled chicken strips and it tasted amazing

They suddenly stopped taking coupons.....subway sucks without coupons.
terrible customer sevice.. they got rid of some of the best people there recently. do Not go!
