So the first time when I got my sandwich they give me old bread which which was very hard too bite and it wasn’t fresh and we called them but they just said we made it in the morning 2nd time it was an Indian who was taking order and he was on call with someone and he didn’t did great job taking my order and also he kept going back to take other costumer without even finishing my order! It was a long line!

I had a bad experience at this place. I ordered through the app, but when I arrived, the lady at the cashier told me they had canceled my order for no reason. She was also rude and unprofessional. It's no surprise this place has so many bad reviews and low ratings. JUST SKIP THIS PLACE DO NOT STOP HERE! ⛔

I can see why the reviews are bad. “Part time owner” BiBi told me there was nothing she could do for me after I drove over 10 minutes to get there and paid $20 for an order that they ended up canceling. She called her other owner a mere 2 times before she told me she could not get a hold of him and that I would have to call myself. She tells me they are family owned and this is why the deal on the app I used got canceled because they are in no way associated with the actual subway app and company which I find hard to believe as they have to have contact in some type of way. They say there, smiled in my face, and laughed to themselves as I was trying to call the owner in order to either get my food that I paid for, or to get a reimbursement, if you are low on money do not spend your money here as they will take it, and leave you with nothing to eat after working a 11 hour shift. They will laugh in your face and tell you there is absolutely nothing they can do. I have worked in retail for years and there is ALWAYS something you can do to help your customers. 2.5 stars should be 1 star.

This place is so horrible. I went to get a sandwich that an old worker usually makes for me but I haven’t been there in a while and appearently she doesn’t work there anymore and the tall guy that’s Indian who also smelled of a porter potty made my sandwich instead and it tasted like it was made out of a trash can. Hated it there.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY.Ordered 2 Footlongs from this Location today on 6/7/22 on a Tuesday Afternoon, and had them Door Dashed to my Home. As I unwrap the sandwich both Footlongs hardly had any veggies, or Chicken on them. I ordered a Rotisserie Chicken Footlong, and A Honey Mustard Chicken Footlong. From the 2 1/2 star overall reviews, I can see why both Footlongs were horrible. Avoid this place like you would COVID-19.

Worst subway ever!!! Went on Saturday evening and needed subway sandwiches. To my shock I was told can’t have more than 5!!! What the heck. On top of that the sandwich makers said we can’t give you store number. The white girl was rudest ever. Such a a horrible experience. Hope corporate takes note of this worst customer service and fires her right away…I could have given negative star if possible.

I ordered 2 Footlong Sandwiches to this store. When I went for Pickup, he was making these 2 sandwiches at that time. When I place an order I added some of the veggies extras. I told him please make sandwiches as per the online order. He said If you want to add more veggies then pay more. I never had this experience before with any other store. He throw my sandwich in the garbage and told me whatever you want do further do it. If you are going to complain about me and about the refund, then nobody will listen to you. He even did not provide me the Receipts. The guy's name is Vikram. I even do not want to give a single star but without star it is not allow me to post.
