We ordered 3 foot longs on the app. We went to pick up order when they said it was ready. My wife went in and the order was not ready. The employee told her that it would be 10 mins. She waited 10 mins in her car and then went back in to get food, the employee told her it would be another 5 mins…. 15 mins later the employee had told her that she does not see the order (they voided our order). The employees were so rude and the dining area was dirty. Floors and tables had stuff all over. The employees didn’t want to resolve issue just kept telling me my wife to call customer service instead of making it right. The have poor customer service. So with all that said I will NEVER be coming back to this store, and may NEVER go back to subway. So unprofessional!

My total came up to $17....... I went there for first time in years cuz I wanted to try the cookie (-10/10 would never try again). So I'm in the store and ask for an Italian... Server looked at me as if I was speaking a different language then ask me what I wanted again. I repeated, "can I get an Italian.." Him "You mean the bread with the stuff on it".. Me "Yeah ok,... l want an Italian." Him proceeds to get the plain bread then ask "what do you want on it.." I WANT AN ITALIAN!!! Him " Well, you can like customize it lik, do you want turkey sandwich, meatball, what you want on it like" Me ok.. I literally had to tell him the type of meat and condiments I wanted and look at that, it was everything on an Italian Hogie... smh I can see why this location never has service. THEN I asked "are those mild peppers or hot" he said hot then the women said NO THEY'RE MILD..... smh... All that hassle, all my time wasted to get my $12 Italian Hogie and $5 foot long cookie, all for it to taste like low quality garbage. Like I said it's been years since I had subway. Sandwich so horrible I threw it away and cookie! Not if they bring back $5 footlong will i ever come back!-10000/10

This Subway used to have the most delicious meat ever. However, after coming back from a large break from Subway restaurants, I have noticed a colossal difference in the taste of the Rotisserie Chicken, and possibly other meats, too. When I moved into Levittown, this Subway was one of the first restaurants that I visited, and back then they had the greatest rotisserie chicken ever. It was a priceless taste, one of the best sandwiches that I have ever eaten. However, it is depressing to see this unexpected downfall of quality and taste in the Rotisserie Chicken (and maybe other meats). This may have to do with the Subway brand being sold to another company, possibly decreasing quality in order to make up for the colossal amount of money spent. I have noticed a 5$ drop in the foot-long price, however I am willing to pay 20$ to get the old quality and taste of Subway sandwiches back. Perhaps this is maybe a bland batch of chicken, however I will definitely be avoiding all Subway restaurants for over a month, or more. However, the staff are nice and welcoming.

Everytime I try to get something here they never have it or something is broken. They advertise there new churlish I been trying to get one for weeks now wasting time and gas just to try the new church. Still haven't tried it. At this point they owe me a footlong hoagie and a churro!

They don't take coupons, or slice the meat when ordering as they advertise. Rip-off
