Just ordered food from here. The chicken was dried and tasted old. But thats not the worst thing, I tried the mashed potatoes and they were sour they seemed like they were used from a previous day. I am literally sick right now! Due to ingesting the mash potato. If you go here check your food.

Came in a little after 5pm to get fried chicken. They only had 6 pieces left. Not enough to make a family meal. I was told it would be 20 minutes for a new batch. I got a 4pc and 2 burgers instead. All came with a drink. The soda machine was out of ice and the soda was hot and flat. I had a question but the staff was busy on their phones or rushed and not making eye contact.

Went to this spot yesterday and very disappointed 😞 I ordered 4pc chicken and to my surprise got only 3pc. The chicken was not spicy and tasted stale. Not crispy or juicy like it normally is at the Texas Hicksville location.
