Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I’ve ordered a jetty punch before at this location, and it wasn’t all that great. Came back again for the free tmobile Tuesdays smoothie and it… oddly enough just tasted like flavored water. The fruits weren’t all that strong in the drink and I’m assuming there was a lot of ice added to the drink to drown out the fruit. I’d much rather just order a smoothie at smoothie king or Wawa than here. The staff were nice but the place smelled like sewage. I’m assuming it’s not something they’ve got control over, but it just sucks walking into a really nice looking store just to have it smelling like sewage.

Ive ordered from here a variety things… 3 times on DoorDash and now once in person.

All the food is good, fresh, and flavorful…I’m legit food snob and avid home chef. Ive had smoothies as well, all good!

There were two young girls working, both were very friendly and place was clean as well.

Literally couldn’t think of complaint…shocked at the bad reviews tbh…sounds like alot of people just want free shit.

Only thing I could think to say is that there could be better sides like rice/beans, other than just fruit.

This is one of my favorite places to visit whenever I need a quick pick me up or snack during the day. Every time I go, I am greeted so warmly and kindly which makes a huge difference. The smoothies also never miss. Delicious food and a fantastic environment -- what more could you want? 10/10 would recommend.

Thought I'd give this place a try.I got the pomegranate plunge.It was?way to sweet.I did Not leave a tip.When I got home and looked at receipt it had 15 % tip added.
Never again.

I decided to give this place a try after picking up an Uber order and seeing they had interesting food items on the menu. First I tried the Caribbean jerk wrap and a chia oatmeal pudding bowl. The bowl was disappointingly small for the price but tasted fine. The wrap was enough to make me come back for more food though. It was a good balance of sweet and spicy and big enough to fill me up. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of five is because of the tiny fruit bowl and the weird smell of the place the last 2 times I visited. It literally smells like someone went to the bathroom and put the toilet paper in a trash can after wiping instead of flushing it down the toilet. And after reading other reviews it seems this problem has persisted for the past few years. If management is reading this you really need to do something about that because people aren't going to want to order food from a place that smells like a porta potty. And if it smells like that the next time I visit I'm probably going to leave.

With the weather being so hot recently, it’s nice to be able to grab a quick smoothie from this location. Tried the 12oz Limeberry and it hit the spot. Staff was friendly, smoothies were refreshing.

Makes sense why they have so many negative reviews. The woman that is usually back making the food is incredibly rude and unhelpful. The man that works there is doing his best but it is clear that she’s either the owner or the person in charge so he can only do so much. Food & smoothies are decent, but the nasty attitude is enough to make you not want to go back .

Great store! I like to try different smoothie shops in my area and the staff here always greets me so kindly and the store is so clean. I’m super happy to have another location so close to me and smoothie quality is top-notch. Will definitely be regularly returning!

I've ordered my times and usually get an immune boost when I'm under the weather. Today I was given the wrong smoothie.Label for my drink was correct but the label was clearly put on the wrong cup. The drink I was given has fruit I'm allergic to. Tried to call. Only have an answering machine. Went in to tell them. No apology. No replacement offered. Just a demand for a drs note to prove an allergy. This is no way to treat your customers!

My mother's smoothie was wrong. They gave her the wrong smoothie and when we reported the allergic reaction, the management at this location was completely dumbfounded and could not accommodate by any means. They asked for doctors note. What in the world???? If it's allergic reaction but not anaphylaxis what in the world?? You're in food service and you don't respect food allergies? They wouldn't own up to their mistake either, so now we as regular customers here are no longer giving these folks business. This was so rude and Upsetting.

The store smelled awful. The mango magic drink which cost $9 tasted like rotten mango with lots of ice. The worker refused to taste it and owner refused to refund even though I took 2 sips, had to throw away the drink. Not even close to be called a smoothie shop. Thanks.

I came here to try because Playa Bowls was out of my way today. I ordered the Acai Bowl which itself was not bad, however for $11 it is not worth it. Playa Bowls gives you double the fruit and double the base for $2 more. Not to mention the selection is very tiny and not flexible at all. If you're coming for a fruit bowl, get your money's worth 10 minutes down the street at a Playa Bowls. Maybe the smoothies and food are good but I probably won't come here again.

It has a sewer smell and they are over priced compared to the other tropical smoothies. It cost me 5.00 dollars more at this location for the same beach bum and Xtra white chocolate.
