Limited staff, computer systems not working, line of ppl complained. Manager was asked for help and she refused to help customers, got angry and walked out of store. This is twice the systems were down in a week. Fix or upgrade instead of customers complaining and walking out!!

It's literally always something at this Wendys. If it's not the food being made wrong, then it's that one manager complaining, and if it's not that it's them not checking your mobile order in when you get there and your waiting double the amount of time n drive thru to get it. Very incompetent group.

Service was horrible due to their attitudes. Drive thru guy just grunted and mumbled when I asked him to repeat my order to make sure it was correct. It was not correct missing 2 kids drinks, no sourcream for the potato. One drink was wrong size. Spent over 40.00 and the food was cold!

This Wendy's is one of the more efficient fast food places in Bucks County. They had a line around the building for those crabby patties. I got my order pretty quick. Very clean inside.

Ordered delivery and did not receive any butter or sour cream on the bake potato. The two bacon cheese burgers should be no lettuce and had lettuce. The nuggets did not come with the honey mustard. No straw, napkins in the bag.
Definitely the worst one in the Levittown/fairless hills area. Literally paid for extra pickles, onions, and cheese. I just wanted to come home cause i just got done work and nothing was on my burger. Never going back to this wendys again.

Worst one around the area. The quality is fine but the service is absolutely horrible. You can go at anytime of day busy or not and your order will never be right. I only go here to grab a drink and it never comes out right. Either wrong size, wrong drink, they don’t have the drink, or any combo of issues. Went this morning to get a minute lemonade athey had no minute made. Asked for Hi-C but they were out of that as well. Asked for any juice and they had no juice. Asked for sweet tea and she gave me unsweetened. The lack of care is crazy.
