I ordered a small shrimp fried rice and it had only six pieces of shrimp very few onions and maybe four pieces of bean sprout and the egg was burnt not too impressive and not much flavor

Went yesterday 01/22/25 to get my Chicken with Shrimp fried Rice and two canned sodas and the women behind the counter “accidentally” gave herself a 14 dollar tip with my debit card. Then said sorry that was an accident I’ll “try” and refund my money to no avail. She then proceeded to write down my card information on the back of a receipt and said “I’ll keep trying to refund your card I’m sorry”. Haven’t ate there in seven years and never going back again. Wouldn’t recommend

Hello Wing Wah ,

I called today at 5:40 ish pm hoping to enjoy your delicious food. A woman took our order over the phone and told us it would be 30 to 40 minutes. Ok with us. We understand it's Christmas day.
It's 7:26 pm. No delivery, or bank card was charged but no food!!!!
This is so unprofessional and completely rude.
We have been constantly calling them and they are not answering their phone.
At least they could of called us and let us know they weren't going to be delivery good or they were closing. But to charge us that's horrible.
Picture will show me calling at least a dozen times.
Very disappointed in you and your level of service.

I just ordered food from there. They ripped me off and then tell me I gotta pay again.

This place has become our go-to for Chinese. Never had an issue with any order. Being able to order directly through them online is a real bonus instead of paying the markups and fees of 3rd party apps.

New owners took over and the place has gone down hill .

I've only eaten from here once in the food wasn't terrible but nothing special. However my low rating isn't based on the food alone. I pick up orders from this place for Uber a lot and it always has a weird smell every time I walk into this place. It seriously smells like somebody left a dirty diaper is sitting in a corner of the room for a week straight. And for that reason I have decided not to eat from this place anymore

They used to be good, I don't know what happened! I'm ticked off! Ordered the general tso chicken combo not spicy, and it was SPICY. Chicken overcooked and couldn't eat it! The pork fried rice had no pork but with a bunch of hard onions! I'm not ordering here no more, three times this has happened. The lady that answered the phone must of had a bad day because she was giving me an attitude. Disappointed that my money was wasted on this garbage!

I have to say… I should’ve listened to the low reviews. The customer service was horrible. Very rude woman took my order. Food very expensive. Ordered beef with broccoli, arrived little to no sauce. Also, I ordered Chinese mixed vegetables, dish was mid. No taste, if you like bland expensive Chinese food, this is the place for you. Never again 1 outta 10.
