Chicken was white!! Not fried properly. It's like they dip them in hot oil for 5 seconds and served. $15 lost. Really disappointed of this location

If I could give establishment 0 stars I would! I keep trying to give this place a chance but they continuously let me and my family down. The service is bad, all the employees have lackluster attitudes and the food is mediocre. I went in to pickup my order today at the estimated time. I told them my name and they said the order wasn’t done yet. I waited another 20 minutes, asked again and my order was just sitting there on the shelf! They never said anything! So now I’m taking cold food back to my family. This place is really a joke ran by people who do not care about customer service or quality. Someone please shut this place down.

First, I don’t give 1 star reviews often or lightly. Our walk-in order was simple: 15 piece classic wing combo, with mild sauce/seasoning. It took 28 minutes to have it ready, and they were not very busy. When we got home and started eating, the fries were limp/floppy and clearly very undercooked, and the wings had zero flavor/sauce/seasoning, they were just very oily from the fryer. If you try the “Contact Us” button on the company website, nothing happens. There is no way to contact the company. I called the store, explained the situation, the young lady who took my call said that they were very busy and the manager would call me soon. No one has called.
The people running the store were more focused on chatting than making the food or providing service.
I will try to contact them again tomorrow, and if all else fails will stop in person on Monday when I am in the area, to get a resolution.
Either way, I will NEVER go there again and will recommend to everyone I know to avoid that place.

What a joke!!!! This place is disgusting! It smells!! The service sucks!!! Pre ordered my food and still waiting over an hour!!! Most ridiculous service!!! Nobody even follows up with you. You have to beg for service!! This is nuts and NEVER again. This manager should be fired.. if there even is a manager. I didn’t see anyone step in to help or take control of the situation. 30 customers standing around with no food!

Heavy set white dude in the hairnet working the register was a trip. He asked me if I wanted my change (¢99), and I said "yep". He seemed fairly surprised by that. He replied with "here's your pile of coins" with an eye roll and a thumbs up.

Walked in ever employee wete sitting around in the kitchen playing on thier phones doing absolutely nothing. 10 to 15 went past before they even acknowledge me being there. Then when they acknowledge me they have me attitude for not being at the right window for pick up. Worst services ever

I just had my third terrible experience here and it will be my last time ever going to this location. I had an online order on the Wingstop app that said it would be ready in 30 minutes, showed up in 35 minutes just because I know they can be over capacity and a guy at the pick up window said “oh we’re still working on your order” which is fine so I patiently wait for my order to be done. Im now waiting for 15 minutes and the guy who said my order is still being worked on is now taking his 15 minute break at a table in the back. I go up to another employee to ask where my order is at since now it’s 20 minutes passed my pickup time, turns out they were ready all along and just sitting at the window without the employee who went on break acknowledging it was done. I don’t think he bothered to check the name. I also went home to find I was missing sauces that I ordered as well. Horrible service, which is a bummer since I do enjoy the food.

Walked in the door & the music was too loud. The cashier had an attitude. Everyone handling the food didn’t have a hair net on or clean looking hair. The fountain drink machine was dirty . I won’t be going there again .

Being from Texas, I often find myself craving wing stop and have tried it at several locations outside of the state. Each of those times has been disappointing to say the least. That wasn’t the case for me this visit here in Levittown. I dined in and ordered my go-to Cajun, lemon pepper bone in wings and fries. I was politely told it would be at least 15 mins but it turned out to be much shorter despite the constant flow of to go order customers coming in and out. The entire staff was constantly busy and friendly. The food was prepared well and tasty. The Cajun wasn’t as spicy as I’m used to but maybe that’s just the difference in geographic locations. Nevertheless it was flavorful as was everything else. The gentleman that brought the food out was also polite and friendly as was everyone else I interacted with. Most definitely would come back if in town and craving wing stop!
