Hummus Dip ALâ„¢
A Vegan dish. Made with chickpeas, tahini sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, vegetable oil, salt & citric acid. 8 oz.
Spicy Hummus ALâ„¢
Fresh puréed chickpeas with tahini, North African hot pepper paste, lemon juice, garlic, vegetable oil, citric acid, and salt. 8 oz.
Spinach Pie ALâ„¢
A freshly made Vegan pie with white flour, spinach, onion, tomatoes, olive oil, sumac, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, salt, sugar, citric acid, black pepper, and cayenne. Comes with Greek yogurt, pickled vegetables and olives.
Tabbouleh Salad ALâ„¢
A Vegan dish described by CNN Food as one of the healthiest salads in the world. Our tabbouleh is made from hand-chopped parsley, tomatoes, onions, lemon juice, bulgur, vegetable oil, salt, citric acid and cinnamon.
Spanakopita
Comes in a rectangular or pinwheel shape. Greek pie made with spinach, feta & ricotta cheese, onions, water, eggs, corn starch, soya bean oil, butter, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper, wrapped in filo dough.
Dolma
5 rolls of stuffed grape leaves. Vegan. Vine leaves stuffed with cooked rice, onion, oil, mint, parsley, black pepper, lemon juice, salt, and citric acid. Served on a fresh parsley mat with imported turnip pickles and fresh lemon slices.
Toumya ALâ„¢
A garlic paste, Toumya is used as a dip, especially with French fries, chicken, artichoke, and Levantine sandwiches, especially those containing chicken. It is also commonly served with grilled chicken dishes. A store made recipe made from FRESH garlic, potatoes, corn starch, white vinegar and salt.

Kibbeh ALâ„¢
Kibbeh is the V.I.P. of the Lebanese dining table. Fried dome of kibbeh served with Hummus, turnips and wild cucumber pickles, olives & pita.

Alee's recipe for VEGAN Pumpkin Kibbeh is made with baked bulgur, spinach, pumpkin, onions, among a variety of tasteful spices. Includes a handcrafted dome of Pumpkin Kibbeh served with hummus and pickled vegetables.

A Middle Eastern feast of Halal beef shawarma served with pita bread, grilled tomatoes, chopped lettuce, imported turnip and wild cucumbers and tahini sauce.

Labneh ALâ„¢
One of a kind, our Labneh is made in the USA with all-natural ingredients: 99% fresh pasteurized cow milk, 1% of salt, potassium sorbate, and culture. It's gelatin and pectin free, and Non-GMO. Labneh is yogurt that has been strained to remove most of its whey, resulting in a thicker consistency than unstrained yogurt, while preserving yogurt's distinctive, sour taste.

Lebanese Style Pita
A bag of 6 Lebanese style Pita. Lebanes pita is thinner compared to it's Greek counterpart. Baked in a brick oven, no fats, no sugar. Just made with wheat flour, water, yeast and salt.

A delicious dessert containing layers of filo dough, chopped walnuts, almonds, syrup, honey, and palm oil.
Kataifi
A dessert pastry made of chopped walnuts and almonds rolled in Kataifi dough, baked and then soaked in a sweet honey.

Rice-caraway pudding, 100% Vegan. Made in store, and consists of ground rice, raisins, walnuts, sugar, shredded coconut, ground caraway and cinnamon.
Lebanese Rice Pudding Mhalabiya
Store-made rice pudding, ingredients include rice flour, sugar, powdered sugar, corn starch and vanilla.

Absolutely incredible place. The things that matter are fantastic. 99.9/100, easy. The owner and staff are lovely people who want you to have a good time and take pride in their work. If I had to grasp for some constructive feedback, I can only think of a few things:
1. Some more Lebanese ambiance would be wonderful. The decor, lighting, and music from that region could add another level to the experience.
2. Different tables eventually (I know times are tough)....

Amazing food! We were in Lewisburg for a family gathering, and Alee took us in and made us feel right at home. He is friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic about his customers! Everything was so delicious. We will definitely go back if we are ever back in town.
