So disappointed with my experience today. We love the food here but the cleanliness is a major issue. I usually see the trash overflowing but this is just unacceptable. I told the girl at the resister and she seemed irritated that I brought it up. In the 20 minutes I was here nothing was done about it. The girl at the register also told me I was unable to get points for my order because she didn’t know how to go back?

They ripped me off. Sold me a stale Brownie and didn't offer my money back so I said I'll trade it for some thing else proceed to charge me for a stale muffin this place is stingy and greedy . I said I'm going to another coffee house
While I like their bagel sandwiches, ordering on line is cumbersome and difficult. I would not recommend ordering on line unless you want something standard on the menu. Anything special is difficult.

We ate here on a Saturday afternoon and the place was packed but the line moved quickly. The employees were friendly and the food was great. We got two sandwiches and a smoothie bowl and everything was delicious. We will definitely be back!
