Everytime we go there which is frequently the person at the cashier says a different story regarding the acquired points and whether redeemable. Today the girl says we have a new system that’s not up and running yet… I asked if our points which are MANY will be transferred. She was like “ I don’t think so?” I hope that is not the case! They may be the only game in town but they need to step up their customer service. Otherwise why not just pick up bagels at the supermarket? Please transfer peoples points which they have earned by patronizing your bagel store.

I've only ordered here once so far, I'm not going to lie to you, I had my reservations as these smaller, college town eateries are hit and miss as far as quality and taste. I've heard alot of good things about All Star bagel and I've doordashed it alot in the recent past so I decided to indulge as well. Though it does seem a bit pricey for a bagel at first if your getting a sandwich, the portion size, taste, and quality of the ingredients are by far the best breakfast I've had in a very long time. Got an iced mocha with chocolate syrup and cane sugar, even more impressed. Saw the oreo cream cheese spread as a take home..it barely made it home. Everything was PERFECT. 6/5 stars i am an absolute repeat customer. Highly recommend!!

I stopped in with my son to get a quick bite to eat. I was pleasantly surprised about the variety of choices in a bagel place. Good breakfasts and lunches are available. The restaurant uses a place order and pick up areas. So I got waited on right away. My food was ready. It was exactly what I wanted an everything bagel with cream cheese & lox.. My son also got exactly what he expected a breakfast bowl. Will definitely come back.

Why don't you toast your bagels? Putting them in the toaster oven for 30 seconds to warm them up does not mean toasting. Come on guys, you are are a bagel shop. Learn how to toast a bagel.
Also, service was very slow, which is perhaps connected (you were in a hurry to get the order out because you were running behind?), but that's not an excuse not to toast your bagels when they are ordered toasted. I didn't send it back to get toasted properly because I didn't want to wait 15 minutes again.
Other than that, the food was quite good. A generous quantity of smoked salmon and cream cheese. But I had to give only 2 stars for food, because eating that on a raw bagel is a completely different experience from eating it on a toasted bagel.

Ordered a smoothie bowl with no granola. Came with granola. Ordered a toasted bagel sandwich. Came slightly warm, but not toasted. Asked for our order to have names on the bowls. Came with no names. Ordered a breakfast bowl with no cheese. It came with cheese and no avocado. You know, this is not good. People have allergies. I guess this place would be okay, if you don't customize your order in any way... except the food did make me nauseous for the rest of the day. To top it all off, the coffee was barely lukewarm.

Great bagels!! They have a breakfast menu with just about anything you can think of on a bagel. The iced mocha reminds me of what Starbucks used to be before they got too large. Great place and friendly staff!
