Went through your drive thru and order a double cheese burger meal burger COLD, ordered another one cold. Order another double cheese burger, Cold. Order a double whopper meal burger found In bag whopper was laying in bottom of bag with everything stuck on bottom and roll was sitting on top. With wrapper half on and off of burger. Burgers were COLD to the tough. I would not eat the burger as I do not know why it was in that shape. Did it get dropped on floor, or placed in the bag with disregard of how it was delivered to the customer. I was disappointed to say the least and pissed off that I had to go hungry. This was on the 12/20/2025 at about 3:30 pm.

Typically when we come everything is great. Service, food, cleanliness but this evening we went in and ordered off the kiosk so no special requests could be missed when ordering. Yet we get our food and are missing a large fry and the whopper I specifically ordered with cheese and bacon (with an upcharge for them) came without either, and minimal other condiments. I took it up and let them know. The burger was snatched out of my hands and given to the young cook who opened the wrapper and slapped a random cold piece of cheese and old, hard bacon on it, rewrapped it and handed it back. All happened with an attitude from the whole crew. The dining room/drive thru was barren so I'm really struggling to understand why any of it was necessary.

Food was cold and miserable; chicken wrap- hardly anything in it and the chips were shrivelled, dry and cold, as if they’d been sitting out all day. Staff were unfriendly and preoccupied with talking to each other - slow service
