Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered on line and then stood in the store for over an hour to get it. No help, people not knowing what they are doing, place was a mess. Worse service i have ever seen. This store should be ashamed. Done with Chipotle. Paid for but never got my order. Your store sucks.

We placed an online order today and have been waiting over 25 minutes while people come and go in line. Gave up and stood in line, waiting and waiting. Service is beyond slow. Not worth the hype in my opinion, but my daughter loves it so here we stand

This place disappoints more and more everytime I step back inside. Workers have terrible attitude, food is poor, and atmosphere is dreary. Tables always dirty, no passion or care in any aspect of this restaurant.

Over the floor. Trash cans overflowing on to the ground. Food was salty my mouth burned. We were going to eat inside until we saw what it looked like and opted to eat in the car instead.

We loved Chipotle when they first opened, but it seems like things have gone down hill. I thought those TikTok's of videoing the workers so they would make the food accurately were a joke, but I was proven otherwise. Went in for a quick dinner pick uo. Ordered 2 kids meals, but girl almost forgot rice and didn't realize it til I said something, even then she only gave about half of what they normally do, and they were going to charge us for the whole meal. We got a large chips and queso, they gave us small queso, then the chips...half were burnt and the other half wers stale! Do better Chipotle!

Out of the brisket they have canning sign for food bland chips stale and expensive 55.00 for 3 of us. Taco Bell is better

Yeah charging extra for things that already come on the bowl when your servings already suck as it and charging $9.64 is ridiculous. Ordering on the app doesn’t charge me extra either. “Policy” no the company is just greedy.

Was very disappointed in our lunch today! Put together very sloppy there was food smeared in the outside of my containers. When I opened the bowl there wasn't much in the bowl. I bought lunch for my co worker same thing with their bowl. The chips and guacamole not fresh at all!! Definitely not worth $40.00 + dollars.

Driving through town and decided to stop for a late dinner. And so happy we did! One of the best Chipotle meals/experiences I’ve had in a long time!
