Save your self some time... NEVER order pick up from here... they have one maybe two uninterested workers working take out getting 5x the orders and 4 to 6 working the main service line..and 3 randos doing nothing..on average they are 20 to 40 mins behind at dinner time.

For a chain restaurant, the food here is so hit and miss. portion sizes range in size, nearly every time. Super dirty environment. Trash cans are always filled to the brim and the tables and floor are filthy. Came for a fundraiser but won’t be back. Do better, Chipotle!

We went there and got home with our food to find out he forgot half of the toppings we ordered...no rice no cheese no tomato. I had a bowl of honey chicken (that was so spicy I couldn't eat it anyway) black beans and lettuce. Im not happy and won't go back

I stopped here while driving through Lewisburg the other day and it was honestly a lot better than the locations in my town. The cashier was super kind while ringing up my order!

They are always missing some item with my order everytime. No one is paying attention to what is on the labels for delivery. This store needs to do better with making sure their delivery orders are fulfilled correctly.

Honestly I love Chipotle but I would never come back to this location after today. I asked for double steak and the workers gave me less than 1 scoop and when I got to the end I tried to ask for chips and queso but the worker walked away mid sentence. Then at the register the workers charged me for 2 bowls and double steak. Then when I asked for a military discount I was looked at like I said something crazy. Overall I would not recommend coming to this location.

Typically I take the time to leave good reviews and it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but here we are.

Over the last few years we’ve gotten food here quite a bit. I don’t think they’ve once gotten my order correct on the app for carry out or delivery. Down to getting an entirely different meal in our delivery which contains items I could not eat. Last night they totally left out the extra items like the queso and chips that we paid for in the order.

By others reviews it seems like this is standard practice there.

Personally we don’t eat out often and when we do it’s usually chipotle. I’ll likely only continue getting food from the selinsgrove location and forgo Lewisburg completely.

Oh our food was also ice cold like it came out of the fridge. Colder than room temp.

Do not order take out from this establishment. They will scam you on the portion of food. Then when you tell them about it they will lie to you and tell you that every order is measured out and just order extra next time with zero care. Terrible customer service and terrible skills in understanding what an actual ounce is.
