Update: Still a 1 star review. Manager argued with other workers while I waited to place order. Never update app or kiosks to reflect accurate donut count. Often get food orders wrong.

This coffee was not coffee it was milk and they put so much sugar in it , it was UNDRINKABLE I ask for an iced coffee with cream and sugar . This was milk with a dash of coffee

Ordered two medium hot coffees with cream and sugar, one was ok, the other was black. Don't leave without checking what you got. Seemed simple enough I didn't think I had to check.

Since new owner ( which I was told by an employee) they now add hidden charges when you order a flavor on a drink. Example: my daughter orders a chai latte with brown sugar. If you order on the app it’s $5.59. If you get it in Selinsgrove it’s $5.59. In Lewisburg it’s over $7 because they add an extra dollar and change as “local fee” or something like that. Sounds very sketchy to me and I’m going to contact Dunkin headquarters about it. I don’t know if owners can dictate extra charges like that but when I questioned it the girl at the drive thru told me the new owner told them they had to add those extra fees. Come on….that place is always packed. You aren’t making enough money? Greedy.

Normal wouldn't complain but lately this place is going downhill. I wouldn't normally complain but going everyday multiple times a day I feel its just been care free of late. Todays coffee for example stuffed full of ice that I couldn't even get a straw in yet drink is only 3/4 filled.
As always great selection of donuts and hot food...Favorite drink right now is the caramael freeze extra caramel...luv me some dunkin

The people working are genuine and wonderful! I’ve come in on busy days and not-so busy days and I’m always treated kindly. I order ahead and the food is always fresh and yummy. Highly recommend!

Service was horrible employee snatched my sandwich out my hand because I asked for extra cheese and paid for extra cheese and I asked for a refund they told me no and closed the screen on me
