Ordered two medium hot coffees with cream and sugar, one was ok, the other was black. Don't leave without checking what you got. Seemed simple enough I didn't think I had to check.

Since new owner ( which I was told by an employee) they now add hidden charges when you order a flavor on a drink. Example: my daughter orders a chai latte with brown sugar. If you order on the app it’s $5.59. If you get it in Selinsgrove it’s $5.59. In Lewisburg it’s over $7 because they add an extra dollar and change as “local fee” or something like that. Sounds very sketchy to me and I’m going to contact Dunkin headquarters about it. I don’t know if owners can dictate extra charges like that but when I questioned it the girl at the drive thru told me the new owner told them they had to add those extra fees. Come on….that place is always packed. You aren’t making enough money? Greedy.

Normal wouldn't complain but lately this place is going downhill. I wouldn't normally complain but going everyday multiple times a day I feel its just been care free of late. Todays coffee for example stuffed full of ice that I couldn't even get a straw in yet drink is only 3/4 filled.

The people working are genuine and wonderful! I’ve come in on busy days and not-so busy days and I’m always treated kindly. I order ahead and the food is always fresh and yummy. Highly recommend!

Service was horrible employee snatched my sandwich out my hand because I asked for extra cheese and paid for extra cheese and I asked for a refund they told me no and closed the screen on me

Breakfast sandwich was good. Chai tea excellent. Customer service lacking attention to customs that walk in. Chocolate milk pricey.
Window experience was rude. Made a special trip here for my daughters, and we ordered a 10 piece munchkin box with the order, and it didn't make it on the ticket. I noticed after i paid at the wondow, and we were told no ordering at the window and we couldn't be helped.

Got two drinks. Both very bitter. Didn't taste normal. And the picture is what they gave. Looks like someone drank out of it before giving it to us. Whoever made the drinks definitely messed them up. What's frustrating is how expensive the drinks are to begin with, then to get let down by the drink not being made correctly. We work for our money, it's not just given to us.

Dunkin in general has made a lot of changes and not all are good. They shrunk the selection of items and what they have isn't the best anymore. This used to be my go to for coffee anytime of the day and 8/10 times my coffee is made wrong. Another issue I have is why is the coffee never stirred!? I never understood this. I can't stir my drink and drive. I've been saying for years that they need to get it together. On another note... BRING BACK GLAZED CROISSANT DONUTS!
