Edit. Changing this from 5 stars to 1. Over the past few years this place has become a joke. Today at 11:21 am we pulled into your drive thru. It was not even out to the road. At 11:58 I was still in your line and only moved about 6 spots in all that time. At that point I decided to go to Starbucks. This isn’t a first for this store. I also do DoorDash and always a long wait and messed up orders. I’ll save my time and my money from now on!!

It's Dunkin donuts! You know what it is. Fast coffee and food but not a place you'd go to hang out, work, study or talk really. My favorite is the hash browns. Lattes are very milky unless you specify otherwise.
Today I ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte, with an extra shot of espresso and no ice. I understand that it’s not gonna fill all the way up if you get no ice. But this is ridiculous! I didn’t realize that most of my product was just ice. I am absolutely disgusted.

I ordered through the app and picked up my food inside. My food was ready in the time it took me to drive from the hospital to Dunkin. Everything tasted good. I liked how friendly the staff was. Someone was standing there making sure the orders made it to the right people, and was friendly and helpful!

A. This place needs adult supervision. Too many 16-19 year old employees who have zero care about their customers, or the company they work for. Sorry, not sorry, they are seriously not prepared to work there unsupervised.B. In the afternoon of July 28th I stopped in at your Lewisburg location on Rte 15 and ordered an iced mocha. The boy taking the order asked me if I wanted cream and sugar.(???) I told him I did not want sugar or whipped cream added to it, just make a regular iced mocha.The girl running drinks brought me a strange tasting iced coffee and told me" enjoy your mocha shot iced coffee" then went back to making drinks. Ummm, wait, where's the chocolate milk??At the point she set the drink down, they all turned their backs on me and the two people behind me as if we didn't exist. Pisssed, I left rather than make a scene.C. I had watched the same game play out with the group of 4 20 somethings who were ahead of me. They had things so messed up one of the girls who wanted a drink left in tears because the staff was not listening to her. Her boyfriend had to complete her order for her.Mr/Mz Franchisee/ Owner: please square your people away. They are giving you, your business and the brand a very bad name.Question: Doesn't Pennaconsumer law require a business to give a client a receipt, whether they request one or not ? I wasn't even offered one when I placed the order.Don't bother trying to contact me, don't bother trying to patch things up. Do concentrate on bettering your store.
