I’m not sure what happen but this place is no longer up to snuff. Order was totally screwed up. Kitchen staff does not know the menu & waitstaff is slow.
Get it together!
Most excellent Asian cuisine and the staff is wonderful. When I come to this area to visit my daughter we come here. And it’s especially nice as our family tradition has always been to have an Asian meal on Christmas Eve. You won’t be disappointed.
It doesn’t matter what time you call they will always be late with getting you’re food for pickup. I called in at 6:22 for pick up for 7 pm and once I got there they told me another 5-10 mins. I called ahead for a reason! It’s every time!I only ever order two rolls

Fuji Steakhouse offers good food with high quality, especially the hibachi steak which stands out. The dining room is as expected, but some cleanliness issues were noted, such as a dirty floor and peeling wallpaper. The East Meat West sushi roll was not to everyone's taste as it had raw steak on top. The Lady Gaga roll is a must, and the simple but good sashimi sampler is a favorite. The kids love their lo-mein, and the veggie Pad Thai is sooo good. While the food is great, takeout can be confusing with rolls mixed in containers and inconsistent portions. Despite the good food, the poor service was a major downside, with infrequent attention from the server and lack of drink refills. Prices were considered high for the overall experience. Overall, Fuji Steakhouse provides a mixed dining experience, with great food quality but subpar service and cleanliness.
