This place left us disappointed. I thought with the pictures and great reviews we would have been pleased but that wasn’t the case. We ordered two burgers and we were not asked how we would like them cooked, strange. I understand this might be our fault but due to the waitress not asking I didn’t forgot to mention anything so our burgers were well done, which we are not a fan of. We drove 2+ hours on an empty stomach so we just forced ourselves to eat them anyway because we couldn’t wait any longer, they were dry and overcooked. I can’t seem to understand places charging for fries when you order a burger these days. We paid THREE dollars EACH to add fries to our burgers and we got the smallest little side dish of fries you could imagine. If you combined the total amount of fries we got it wouldn’t even equal $6 in potatoes. I do have to say the fries were delicious and I wish I had gotten more especially for the price. The waitresses seemed to not have it all together as drinks that weren’t mine were delivered to my table twice. All in all it seems way too expensive for bar food, wouldn’t come back again.

Best time at Jackass! Friendly and welcoming environment, and a wide variety of not just beers, but also great cocktails and wines. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I personally loved the brie and Brussel sprouts flatbread. I’ll be back soon!

I absolutely loved the atmosphere, food and the server. I love the IPA’s that Jackass brews! The Brussel sprout flat bread was delicious, I highly recommend it. Our server was so friendly and didn’t miss a beat! She gave excellent service and was so much fun to interact with!

Wonderful experience tonight at Jackass!! Accommodated our party of 12 and went out of their way to make our wait minimal! This was much appreciated with 6 tired and hungry kids!!! Our server Callie was also amazing and so friendly! Food was delicious and so was the pear martini! Thank you for a great experience!

It could be very good with some tweaks. The first time I went it was terrific, but the next it wasn’t. The “Mother of All Chicken Sandwiches” did not live up to the hype. The building is cool, and the Pilsner is very good. One bartender was borderline rude—but the others were very good. I will try it again.

Disappointed. Service awful but worst of all the food was atrocious.The burger was dry and served in the bun cut in half(???). You discontinued the sauce on the burger which made it incredibly dry. The jerk chicken was more like jerky on the nachos and tater tots. Caesar salad was so gross. Keep in mind we used to come here once a week!!! ***We are so bummed because we used to love coming here but it has taken a slow nose dive over the past few months. We ended up having to go home and eat a PB&J sandwiches for dinner. We are going to take a very long break from this restaurant.

I love the atmosphere here. I’ve never had anything bad. The service is great. I love their loaded cheese tots. You can’t tell in the picture, but their is melted cheese under all of that. It looks at the bottom of the dish there and it’s so good. It’s not like shredded melted cheese. It’s really good cheese sauce. 10/10 recommend the loaded cheese tots. The chicken and waffles with mashed potatoes is delicious along with the flatbread. I love visiting this place when I’m in town. They also have games that you can take to you table and play with friends if you want.

Bad experience Four tables were sat after our party was. Three of the tables were waited on before us. We had to stop and ask the waitress for service and she said it will be a few minutes. We informed her that the other tables were sat after us and she said that was wrong. She said the others were here first. We got up and left.

When this was brought to the attention of the waitress she did not apologize and said, " the other tables were sat before us". Clearly implied we were lying, we walked out.
