I’m a motor coach operator who called in to tell them I was stopping with a bus of college kids . I ask if I would be treated to a sandwich for bringing them in and was told yes of course. Upon arrival when I reminded them the head guy acted almost mad and said no, he could have cared less I brought in all that business . Other Jersey mikes have been friendly and appreciate the business . They were almost rude with me. Drivers should avoid this stop as they don’t care about business to there store . I hope to tell the 60 other drivers at my company not to go here. For the average person if they treat me this way your just a number to them also ! How sad for those who actually pay the overhead to operate this business . Jersey Mike corporate I think you need to make a policy change on Drivers with groups !

I just grabbed an Italian sandwich with extra meat and banana peppers. I loved it and when I picked it up from ordering online it was almost ready when I got there. It was very busy when I picked it up and the line was wrapped around inside of people waiting to order. It's a very popular place and it shows. Also when I was waiting a guy asked if he could help me because he seen me look at the pick-up section and i didn't find what I was looking for. He said they were just finishing it up right now. The people were really nice and honestly the customers i interacted with were really nice too. Great place to grab some food for sure. More added update is I went back today on 11/5 for my second time going there and grabbed a club sub and it's awesome. Definitely recommend this place.

Staff was unhelpful when ordering. I wasn't aware you had to say everything you wanted on your order before you walked in front of the toppings. They seemed annoyed when I asked them to add the toppings before wrapping the sandwich and the other sub got wrapped without them asking if I wanted anything else on it, so after spending $30 on food that wasn't prepared correctly I am disappointed.

I like how they have it ready in 15 minutes, but lately the sandwiches have been really sloppy. It is expensive already. No one wants to eat an expensive, sloppy sandwich.

I am a big fan of Jersey Mike’s subs and I love to go to my local shop. The taste is always amazing and the online service is quick. Sometimes the line takes a while so I always pre order on the app no matter what. I definitely recommend this sub shop over the near by sub shops

I have applied here many times , they always claim they are desperate for help and are always hiring .

I have filled out the application and was always told by Stephanie Heimer that when she sees it she will call me for an interview and yet I never received a call .
Companies are urgently hiring but they aren't urgently hiring if you made mistakes in your past !!!
