Jersey Mike's Subs

I just grabbed an Italian sandwich with extra meat and banana peppers. I loved it and when I picked it up from ordering online it was almost ready when I got there. It was very busy when I picked it up and the line was wrapped around inside of people waiting to order. It's a very popular place and it shows. Also when I was waiting a guy asked if he could help me because he seen me look at the pick-up section and i didn't find what I was looking for. He said they were just finishing it up right now. The people were really nice and honestly the customers i interacted with were really nice too. Great place to grab some food for sure. More added update is I went back today on 11/5 for my second time going there and grabbed a club sub and it's awesome. Definitely recommend this place.

Staff was unhelpful when ordering. I wasn't aware you had to say everything you wanted on your order before you walked in front of the toppings. They seemed annoyed when I asked them to add the toppings before wrapping the sandwich and the other sub got wrapped without them asking if I wanted anything else on it, so after spending $30 on food that wasn't prepared correctly I am disappointed.

I like how they have it ready in 15 minutes, but lately the sandwiches have been really sloppy. It is expensive already. No one wants to eat an expensive, sloppy sandwich.

I am a big fan of Jersey Mike’s subs and I love to go to my local shop. The taste is always amazing and the online service is quick. Sometimes the line takes a while so I always pre order on the app no matter what. I definitely recommend this sub shop over the near by sub shops

I have applied here many times , they always claim they are desperate for help and are always hiring .

I have filled out the application and was always told by Stephanie Heimer that when she sees it she will call me for an interview and yet I never received a call .
Companies are urgently hiring but they aren't urgently hiring if you made mistakes in your past !!!

First time trying Jersey Mike's. It's so much better than Subway. Employees seemed nice. I was there at lunchtime, so it was busy, but my order (and others) was made fast and correctly.

We are frequent a Jersey Mike’s when traveling and at home in Lancaster county. We’ve always found the subs to be consistent no matter the location, UNTIL we purchased our usual to share, a Giant Italian Mike’s way, at the Lewisburg location on Tuesday 6/18, at approximately 5:30 pm. The size was smaller than we’re accustomed to getting, which my husband inquired at checkout and was told “we all get the same bread and this is the Giant”. When we sat down to eat it approximately 20 minutes later, I told me husband that the sub doesn’t taste like all the others, from multiple locations, we’ve had. My husband agreed. Coincidentally (or not), we both had stomach/digestive issues for the next 24 hours. Very disappointed with the product we received and will not be stopping at this location again.

Order was 10 minutes behind mobile order pick up time. Worker messed up order and needed to redo it. Not a problem- it happens. Instead of bumping the order to top, they worked on other orders and were visibly annoyed when I asked for my item that was just sitting there and completed. Mistakes happen but attitude is everything

Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free bread and always clean their surfaces and hands before prepping a gf sandwich.

It was very busy, and smaller inside than others so it was congested. They did a great job on moving people through. If only people would have more patience.

Parking: Parking out front can fill up quickly, but there is parking out back.

Kid-friendliness: Kids choices are ok, but a little high in price.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy handicap parking, ground level entrance, but very tight on a busy day to maneuver.
