Deceptive advertising…
I went in and ordered a Thai salad from the menu. Upon ordering I was informed that they had no croutons, to which I had no problem with.
However, when my order finally did come to the table it consisted of only lettuce and shredded carrots.
I went back to the counter and looked at the menu which stated the Thai salad should also contain tomatoes and cucumbers.
I asked the gentleman behind the counter about this. He stated that the salad no longer came with those items.
Please update your menu. It does a disservice to people who have expectations on the food they order!
So this completely ruined the experience for me. Thankfully I was there with friends which served as a buffer to this unpleasant experience.
Will probably not return.

I have been to some other Thai restaurants and this one is the best one . You get a good portion wise with a variety of ingredients I like the Panang curry and Massaman curry .

Been wanting to try Joy Thai for a while now and was not disappointed. I have celiac disease so I have to be very careful about where and what I eat. I read about them on a gluten-free app so I knew it was safe. The woman that took our order was very nice and knowledgeable and my gluten-free drunken noodle was delicious. We will definitely be going there again!

It may not be obvious from the web site, but this is a takeout place. It has tables but is not oriented toward eat-in diners.

Food is expensive, considering the portion size.

It was overpriced for the small portion I got. There was also very little chicken in the Pad Thai. Definitely fast food level quality. It was edible, and I might eat it again if given the chance, but it is nothing like a true sit-down dining quality food.

This is family run. They're doing a great job in this small space. Their food is always hot , portuons are generous, and it comes to the table quickly.

What more could you want ?

I stopped one day after this restaurant first opened and tried to order a meal, but the man working there would not allow me to order anything in person as they had a 1 hour back log of orders already. Today, I stopped to get a gift card and he said they do not have gift cards at their location and he half offered to give me one someone had already used at more money than I wanted to spend. According to online the one in Williamsport is not even open until the dinner hour. I feel discriminated against as a woman who works in this same complex that they will not serve me food and the man who works there gives me a hard time when I come in to try and get food.
