If I had one word to describe the workers in this restraunt it would be incompetent. They are just not good at their jobs simple as that. I ordered mashed potatoes and specified I wanted NO gravy and the guy taking my order said back to me okay no gravy and what do they do give me gravy. Didn’t realize it took a rocket scientist to not put gravy on my mashed potatoes maybe this is sign not to hire a bunch of snotnose high school kids to run a restraunt. Do better kfc maybe one day you can compete with Popeyes but for now your just not on that level.

Rip off junk overpriced. Stopped to get a few tacos and a drink and a crunch wrap cause it shouldn't be messy to eat while you drive? Haha jokes on me. Tacos were all stuck or cooked fast to paper and became a mess. The crunch wrap was nothing but she'll and wrap for the first half or more then it was all coming out all over. I ended up throwing it away as it was falling all over my shirt. Oh and almost $20 for that junk
Staffed by an actual group of clowns that can't get an order right to save their lives. No matter how many times I order here, whether it be KFC or Taco Bell, no matter how many years and how the staff changes, they STILL find a way to mess up every single order.

10/24/23 I pulled up to the drive thru wanting a simple 2pc meal (paid $1 to make both breasts) and an extra biscuit. Even though the lobby was closed and there was only 1 car ahead of me it took over 20 mins to get my food. I get to the window and they forgot the extra biscuit & 1 of the breasts they gave me had to be at least several hours old, cold & shriveled to the point i thought it was a thigh. I had to go back thru the drive thru to correct it. they were very rude, yanked the bag and took it to the back. Handed the bag back with the extra biscuit BUT MADE ME KEEP THE SHRIVELED PIECE! I was so mad I was going to go thru again but I was afraid they'd mess with food. The 1 car ahead of me had their order messed up too because I heard the workers making racist comments about how they were acting spicy because they were mexican and they were mad about their missing drinks.This use to be a great location when it had the buffet and before the renovation. Now the place is terrible & the atmosphere is hostile and immature. They mess up my orders regularly to the point I won't leave the parking lot until I verified it is the correct order. I've been refraining from leaving a negative review for a while but now people need to hear this. I HOPE CORPORATE IS READING THIS! THEY LITERALLY TOOK MY RECEIPT SO I DON'T HAVE THE ORDER # OR THE SERVERS NAME BUT I PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD AND CAN PROVIDE THE THE PURCHASING TRANSACTION # I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I like the remodel of the Lewisburg restaurant, but it's strange that they completely changed the entrance from the front of the building to the side of the building which used to be just the exit. I also am very disappointed that they removed the buffet. I know in recent years or a decade that buffets kind of fell out of style, but it was nice to have a KFC with a buffet.Overall it was very clean and the staff was friendly. And of course the chicken was excellent as I would expect it to be. One grape I have is the portion sizes of the side dishes that come with the big box dinner. They were rather meager if you ask my opinion.
Our tenders were burnt and dried out. The chicken in the 3 piece meals were very very small. I paid 40.00 for 3 meals an all of them were dried out. They forgot our sides also.Parking: Ok

Ordered $20 fill up box. What a joke. 10 barely nuggets, a handful of fries, a breast, leg, wing, and thigh of chicken, 4 biscuits, 4 sauces. They managed to mess up the sauces I ordered. The food was ice cold when delivered by door dash. When I called to complain they said not my problem call door dash. Insane. Don't waste your time on false advertised garbage. After calling door dash 6 times I finally got my refund.

Got to the drive thru window guy and girl had the giggles the whole time. Flirt on your own time. She had standard politeness. Got 8 piece dinner, mashed potatoes and gravy normal taste, Cole slaw bland as usual but ok , biscuits got hard as a rock 10 mins. home. Looked at the chicken and it was darker then usual. Took first bite and it tasted burnt, looked in the bucket and saw black bumt crumbs. Your overdue for new oil. Thanks for a waste of a meal and 35 bucks. The owners need to take a good look at their management, the problem is clearly a leadership problem. Read all the negative comments owners. This Lewisburg store gives the KFC franchise a bad rep. But if you want a microwave chicken pie ,the factory food is better.
