Not a great experience. Went on a Sunday afternoon group of 7 and not a busy time. Three of us ordered fish and chips which came with a small cole slaw. I advised the waitress that I didn’t receive my cole slaw. She went back to get it and returned to say “the kitchen staff” are insistent you got it and are mad you said you didn’t LOL. I assured her I did not. Still the waitress was looking all over our table for a tiny plastic container of cole slaw. After the mini interrogation I received my two bite sized cole slaw. The fish was dry and over cooked. Prior to leaving my elderly father gave his plate (half eaten appetizer) and not expecting anything just advised the food was not hot which is why he didn’t finish eating it. The waitress snapped back, the bottom of your plate is warm! Completely embarrassing. Insinuating my 76 year old father was lying. We all left and vowed to never return again.

Food was delicious. Waitress was ok.... But after she took the check and received tip she took our drinks and never came back. We were meeting a friend and planned on sitting with drink and chatting. It was as if she was hurrying us to get out.

Fantastic food!! The rib eye steak was the best we ever had. We also had the sport house sidewinder fryz- YUM!! The wings were wonderful, too! We'd recommend the rib/BBQ chicken/shrimp dinner. The server was polite and professional. We'll be back!

Female bartender is very rude and thinks she’s privileged over customers and the place is over priced for average food and drinks! Wing sauces our not as advertised and are a quarter of quality. This place needs to get it together!

We waited to be seated. We waited to be greeted. We waited for drinks. They have one girl waitressing and one host chasing her around. Makes more sense to help out with the tables. Get drinks and let the customer know what's going on. Food was great but service was so bad I won't be back. I feel bad for the waitress. The management should be on the floor helping out. Why was there not more people scheduled? It was lunch time.

Awesome 2nd time experience! Jarod remembered us (surprisingly) and the service was on point and great just like last time. The food was better this time. My man got a Ribeye well done n it was cooked perfectly. Most ppl burn a well done steak nut thos one was cooked thru still tender n juicy. I had the chix parm and im a big fan of the Alfredo noodles with it. A little twist on a classic. 5stars in every aspect EXCEPT we were freezing. The AC was on WAY to high. My man is always hot n he even said it was chilly which is the only reason im mentioning it. Otherwise everything was excellent. Ill bring my parka next time n have 0 complaints! Lol
