I don’t know what happened to this place but I’m done. Last week waited an hour in drive through. Pulled up and took 20 mins to get through just to the first window. Then they tell you to go park in a number. After 30 more minutes of sitting waiting, I went inside to get a refund and that took almost 15 minutes. So today I said well I’ll give it one more try. Get all the way home and they forgot the two pies. Not to mention the food sucked. Never again.

This McDonalds used to have an incredibly classy layout with paintings, fake book shelves, little figure displays, had lights that matched the shape of lamps around town, a giant play place for kids, and much more. Unfortunately they tore down one of the most impressive McDonalds I have ever seen anywhere in favor of the most bland and boring black coffee shop tier aesthetic with far less seats, no unique identity of its own, no play place, nothing. It is literally one of the most bland and boring McDonalds now. I genuinely can not comprehend who in their right mind would not only allow this change but actively pursues it. What was once an iconic restaurant that fit Lewisburg perfectly is now a restaurant that is as forgettable and bland, if not more so, than any other McDonalds you could come across. The only redeeming qualities of the redesign are the supposedly bigger kitchen but the building looks so much smaller I'm not even sure that's true and the game table but it's just nowhere near as interesting as the establishment once was.

Stopped on our way thru. Food was mediocre even for McDonald's. Soda was warm and flat even with extra ice.
Service was very good at this location. Bathroom was clean. Fountain station in good working order.

Just got cold food not just cold but like stale like hours and hours old. Wrong drink gave me 1 pepper packet when asked for salt and pepper and ketchup.pretty much threw bag into my car.and overcharged me which I know cuz I buy same meal every day after work which I will never do again esp since kid closed window and walked away refusing to notice me asking for the condiments I was missing
