Very good service. It only took us 20 minutes to get a 6 pc kids meal. When we got to the window to pay the gentleman was nice and dismissive.

Wow has the quality gone downhill while the price has gone up... I used to love a mcdonald's trip for lunch starting with Papa, but every location seems the buns are crushed the toppings are not fresh. The fries come out of the fryer like they are barely warmed. It's why I don't care to visit much anymore.

Doesn't matter which location, Sunbury or Shamokin Dam my order is never 100% right. Either something is missing, food is cold or a special request is over looked ( I never ask anything crazy its always either no cheese, add ketchup or add lemon and regular sugar to unsweetened tea). Then I get looked at like I have 10 heads when I ask for something to be fixed and end up with cold food anyway waiting on the item. If it wouldn't be for the fact that my grandparents love the frappes I wouldn't even come here anymore.

I know it's fast food... but the prices have become ridiculous, the food taste seems to be declining, and I'm tired of getting a greasy wrapper to unfold while I'm driving only to have to rebuild the leaning tower of fake meat. I'm finding more and more I just don't want to waste my money on McDonald's anymore.

Can't get help from employees and always need to use the machine to do my order. Food is usually cold and old.
Pulled in the drive thru, said they didn't see me there, then proceed after I say I am here, to take orders from the other line that were there after me. Then finally take my order, get my food the burger was cold, the bun stale, and the fries cold and inedible. Will not be going back to this McDonald's. The price you have to pay for fast food now, you would think the food would at least be fresh and hot. Totally disappointed

Well tonight we went to the drive window.the young man was very RUDE!! I COULD NOT HEAR how much our bill was so I asked at the window he yelled at us .then he shut the window right in our face .I did not move up .them he came back to the window and said NOW WHAT DO YOU WANT !! I WENT TO SAY .WHAT WINDOW DO I GO TO 1 OR 2 . He rolled his eyes at me AND AGAIN SHUT THE DAM WINDOW IN MY FACE !!!
