Pulled in the drive thru, said they didn't see me there, then proceed after I say I am here, to take orders from the other line that were there after me. Then finally take my order, get my food the burger was cold, the bun stale, and the fries cold and inedible. Will not be going back to this McDonald's. The price you have to pay for fast food now, you would think the food would at least be fresh and hot. Totally disappointed

Well tonight we went to the drive window.the young man was very RUDE!! I COULD NOT HEAR how much our bill was so I asked at the window he yelled at us .then he shut the window right in our face .I did not move up .them he came back to the window and said NOW WHAT DO YOU WANT !! I WENT TO SAY .WHAT WINDOW DO I GO TO 1 OR 2 . He rolled his eyes at me AND AGAIN SHUT THE DAM WINDOW IN MY FACE !!!

Where do I even start... The cashier who took my order looked doped out of her skull she couldn't keep her eyes from rolling in her head when she took my order. She was frozen counting $3 change and stayed that way for a good 2 minutes before she snapped back to reality and gave me my change... My quarter pounder came with no lettuce, no tomato. The fries were room temperature and stale tasting. What a waste of money... Not to mention it took my whole lunch break just waiting for my food. I do NOT RECOMMEND this McDonald's!

Took them 25 minutes to make me one meal when I was the only one in the building when I placed my order. There was 12 people waiting that came in after I ordered. 3 people had wrong orders. Drive thru was moving steady tho but people were coming in with missing food. No one greeted anyone as they walked in or would assist anyone at the counter to order, had to order on their monitor. The employees were talking and answer their phones and texting. Back in the day you got your food in 30 seconds. How is it now with all this technology it takes so long to get anything accomplished at fast food restaurants?? Maybe they need to find someone who worked back in the day under the 30 second wait to show how it was done. They aren't making anything that takes 25 minutes to make. The manager or owner needs to make change of they care about customers.
