So let me preface this that I grew up in KC. Bbq runs through my veins but it also makes me kind of a smoke snob. I wanted to love this place. I crave smoke and meaty deliciousness. I ordered the brisket platter that came with coleslaw, beans, and Mac and cheese. The meat was flavored nicely and you get a decent portion but it was not tender. It was dry and chewy. Really liked pork BBQ and chicken and waffles. Do not like Mac n cheese (too smokey). Worth checking out. Place is always dead, though. Need to advertise! Bad time to open a new restaurant.

This spot served our delicious food using disposable meal kits. Additionally, they had recycling. The menu is very diverse, including vegan & many comfort foods. Appetizers, salads, smoked entree's & side dishes!! My husband and I were pleasantly surprised & impressed. Best of luck to this amazing small business during these extraordinary times.
