Horrible experience took them three times in order to get my daughter drink right then at fault of the employee once again decided to tell me well you werent changed correctly so we gotta charge you now for blending the drink and for the pumps of vanilla on top of that she wanted light ice well they cant do that either at this location!!! Will never be back!!!

The two girls working 7/16 morning were incredibly sweet and made really good coffee for my mom and I. Which says something because she is usually picky about her coffee.

I had some gift cards so I decided to grab something while grocery shopping. I hadnt been in years and the menu was very different so I asked for a recommendation between the refresher drinks. I was met with a really awkward exchange of employees who were essentially bashing any drink choice there and how "I don't drink any of this stuff" attitude. I get it if you don't drink the stuff you serve. that's not the issue. the awkward part came from customer shaming for buying it. definitely walked away feeling pretty defeated.

Just raised prices heavily recently… Still can’t follow basic instructions. No whipped cream… right on the tag. Gave me whipped cream. Happens alll the time. ?

Prices are high on all goods. The staff are usually pretty friendly, which is nice, but the drinks themselves are usually not amazing and for the price I would rather just make my own at home. It seems the Starbucks name is a justification on it's own to price things.
