A worker with what seemed like special needs came up to my daughter and tried to hug her. They are always busy and having to wait a while just to place an order.
While I wish this were a full Taco Bell, every time I get food here, it's made well and done correctly. Only once was there a mess-up and they fixed it immediately. The staff are friendly.

The cheese rollups are never melted. We mentioned it when we order them to please make sure they were melted. None of them were yet again. The floors are always dirty.
