They just don't read the order forms. They will never make it how you want and they will probably cook it poorly besides. I can't stress enough that if you don't want it how they make it normally, don't eat here because "no sauce" is too much for them to handle (multiple times observed).

The burgers are nearly always burnt to a crisp so I'd avoid them. The salads are good and they rotate the featured dressings often. But it's pretty over priced...

I think it's only open during the school year. When it's open the food is great. However it is a bit expensive if you're not prepared since it's on a college campus like Bucknell. Good for vegetarians and vegans too since they have chopped salads.
