My server was exceptionally polite and friendly. That is 90 percent of a successful restaurant experience. The whopper junior meal was fresh and tasty. The fries were hot and well seasoned. The restaurant was clean. Oddly, there were no kiosks for ordering.

First a week ago I ordered a 8 piece mozzarella fries and literally only got 6, wasn’t too mad didn’t even call in because whatever. Then last night my fiance ordered on the app, when he got home they forgot an 8piece cheese tots. I called they said they’d send a free MEAL card I got it today and I got just a FREE WHOPPER not a meal bro I didn’t even get a whopper. Once again step up your game Lewistown Burger King.
Terrible, terrible, terrible, the lady at the window that took my card was very rude. Then when the manager came to give us the food he basically threw the bag out the window at us and closed the window and walked away... I don't know whatever happened to being friendly. They forgot our sauce and no napkins. They acted like they were so busy but I was the only one in the Drive-Thru. Just go to the one in Burnham it's a better Burger King anyway! I wouldn't waste your money at this one, the fries are always cold and the onion rings are soggy

We decided to stop there to eat tonight for myself I used to work at Burger King up north where I used to live upon entering the store I seen a very few workers have hair nets on or gloves very disturbing but I continue to order we sat down and ate I watch one particular girl at the front play with her mouth her hair put her fingers in her mouth in her ear and then touch people's food disgusting there was a woman that came up and wanted a drink she played with the woman straw before she refilled her drink I sat there and watched this girl the whole time none of the men had hats on or hair nuts long hair piercings out the lips and nose which I don't know how they get away with that in a fast food I know I won't be returning soon I asked to speak to the manager in charge when he came up to talk to me he smelled like smoke so bad that he must have been out back He's just kept shaking his head and said I'll talk to them Don't worry about it everything will be okay I'll talk to them he said they don't have to wear hair and it's or a hat which I think is ridiculous I work in food industry and we have to wear them so everybody that eats there just be cautious of your surroundings cuz it wasn't very pleasant experience
Found a beetle in my french fries. Ive never written a review in my life but this was bizarre to say the least. Little dude had salt on him and everything. So glad I did eat him ?

Yes I seen your were busy but after watching you give 6 orders of nuggets to other people and waiting and watching people that came on after me leave with their food. I ask for my money back and you guys caught the issue so IDC I won't be back. Review what you want I should be thanking you I'm about to save $40 a week
