Went there for breakfast before work. Got 2 breakfast sandwiches and hot chocolate. Girl said we do t have hot chocolate or water with an attitude and was charged $9 and change. Pull up to the window and asked are they not 2 for $5. Her response is don't know but I don't need your attitude. The manager was standing right there then refused service. No problem your attitude just canceled a customer who visits 5 days a week. Lisa get a grip on your employees.

Went through the drive through at 615am so needless to say the line was minimal and they STILL didn't get my order right. I ordered a #7 which is a double sausage sandwich and only got 1 piece of meat.

I gave her a 20 dollar bill and 50 cents for a bill of 5.28...she hands me 22 cents back...l stated l gave you a 20 look it was folded in half and in half again a crisp 20...she said called management who said when they balance .. Said no you do it now....guess what here she comes with my 15 dollars and my food...all she had to do was acknowledge the folded 20 and state she needed to balance drawer but she couldn't acknowledge that fact...l told her to keep food and refund...she comes back with a 5 and l said where's the 28 cents...she goes back gets me 2 quarters which l said wait I'll give you your 22 cents back ...she no keep it...what a disaster....when they can't apologize for their mistake..so not that l go there a lot...now l don't need to go there at all...really wait...any place can stop and balance a cash drawer at any time....worked in retail over 40 years so l know what can be done.....poor excuse for service..

Had to wait a bit for 2 Chicken Jr's but it was near closing time so understandable. At least they tasted fresh and the lady who brought them out was super nice and even offered me more food for the wait. I politely declined and told her the service there was still way better than McDonald's.

I don’t understand how one can mess up a simple cheeseburger
My server was exceptionally polite and friendly. That is 90 percent of a successful restaurant experience. The whopper junior meal was fresh and tasty. The fries were hot and well seasoned. The restaurant was clean. Oddly, there were no kiosks for ordering.

First a week ago I ordered a 8 piece mozzarella fries and literally only got 6, wasn’t too mad didn’t even call in because whatever. Then last night my fiance ordered on the app, when he got home they forgot an 8piece cheese tots. I called they said they’d send a free MEAL card I got it today and I got just a FREE WHOPPER not a meal bro I didn’t even get a whopper. Once again step up your game Lewistown Burger King.
