They have been out of stuff everytime we order. As some who was In the business for 18 years it unacceptable and unfortunate. Use your projections to ensure you have the product it’s really not that hard.

Re: Store # 4879 - Ordered pizza on line 1/2 hour before opening. PIZZA was not baked completely...(ordered 2 Pan Pizza's) the dough was RAW, & some of the cheese was not melted on both pizza's. I called the manager & he told me that I didn't understand that pan pizza's bake different and my pizza's were baked! I tried several times to get him to understand the Pizza's were RAW! He was very rude and insinuated I was lying to him. I finally told him " I'm 74 years old and have been cooking & baking a long time, & I know when something is RAW". Need either new ovens or new employees!

I ordered a pizza tonight, called in to talk to someone about it and whoever it was (the manager) she was so rude to me. Told me it was my fault and hung up on me. My wife called back, asking for her name and she hung up again. She asked if we were joking calling in asking her name. Absolutely unprofessional. Will not support nasty girl energy. WHOEVER WAS CLOSING MANAGER 2/2/24, ridiculous.

Ordered takeout pepperoni pizza got it home and it was a cheese pizza. Called local place ,the girl I spoke to could of cared less! Follow up : was contacted by Domino's in State College with apology and was sent a gift certificate ,wonderful customer service!

Having to wait over an hour for a medium pizza, then to call and have Travis, the domino’s associate, tell me it’s going to take another 30-45 more minutes to have my order delivered. When I asked to speak with a manager to discuss a plan to make this better, I get nothing but rude customer service from Travis and a response that I will not be able to speak with a manager due them being too busy. Just wanting to make things right, maybe even a free 2 liter of coke would have made me happy. Order canceled immediately. Lost a loyal customer. 2 thumbs down! To add: Pizza Hut was here before the time it would have taken you to delivery my order.
