I stopped to get my regular breakfast, sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and a caramel frappe. She rang my sandwich up incorrectly, must not know there is a seperate button for that sandwich. Then she said no frappes. She said they have not had any for weeks.

The manager was very rude, very disrespectful.It took him four tried to bring out my food that I ordered and the sandwich was ripped up right? Along with the hamburger

Food was good, but service was ridiculous. Was having everybody in the drive-thru pull into parking stops. I no sooner pulled in a spot and the boy was already bringing my food out. 2 other cars pulled beside me by the time he got to my car and I was parked in. Why didnt

Stopped to use the bathroom - very clean, thanks - and got an iced tea. Tea was fine. Guy at the counter badgered me about just getting a drink, like I should have bought more to use the facilities. Hey, I could have just walked out!

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve been to as far as getting orders right. We have gone through drive-thru several Sunday mornings usually only 1- 2 cars in front of us. Each time they still have us pull to the side and wait at least 10 minutes. Every single time they get our sandwich order wrong. Today we took it back into the store and they got it wrong the 2nd time! We won’t be going back.

Nothing but a bunch of young kids working there that have no idea what they're doing. Can't handle simple orders and leave you waiting at the drive-through while a manager has to come fix their mistake. The food is about as bad as the service and not worth what it's costs. Lewistown used to have two McDonald's until one closed. It was clearly te wrong one.

Cold fries and cold chicken nuggets
*Update* went at just before a lunch rush and was parked for 15 minutes for a simple order and still had ice cold fries
Always messing up order constantly
i work at a mcdonald’s and how they are and what i witness you would never see where i work at because we have high standards this place just awful. Im a full time student and on my break i went to get breakfast got yelled at over the intercom while ordering my food and i was very disappointed. I asked for a lemon in my sweet tea lemonade and when i told the guy he forgot my lemon HE REACHED IN THE LEMON CONTAINER WITH HIS BARE HANDS (which you could tell were not clean i don’t think he washed his hands) AND PUT THE LEMON IN MY HAND that is very unsanitary and disgusting where I work at we have tongs for that and we would of put it in a cup for the the customer not their hand. I did indeed throw that lemon out my window but makes me question if my food was cooked with clean hands or dirty hands.
