My employer used them (10yrs) . They informed us they had to take there machine because we didn’t purchase enough coffee to satisfy them, we informed them several times there machine needed serviced the coffee was terrible so they said they’d send someone to service it, they came and picked up the machine and never came back, they don’t care about the customer….

I work at the Geisinger Lewistown Hospital and this is the brand that they serve in the Eatery. I go to work early on purpose just to get a cup of the Mexican Chiapas coffee. It is the highlight of my work day. I love love love the rich flavor and the aromatic fragrance. It's a little piece of heaven in a cup and when I mix it with the right amount of creamer and splenda, it tastes like hot chocolate coffee. I use french vanilla creamer also and it takes the flavor experience up a few notches. The most beautiful coffee I've tasted so far.

Today was my last trip here, the lady screamed at me and my mother. I've been here a few times since they moved across the way and this same lady is rude every time but today was it for me. You don't scream at your customers! She should try smiling or just get a job where people skills are not a requirement. I will spread the way I was treated.
