The Square Cafe and Bakery

Because every time I block them on my page, it comes up the next 3 posts. I don't want to see them if I want to see them. I will go there. I don't want to see there. Post flooding my page and even though I block them, they keep coming up so I will not be visiting them because they're annoying

The Soups and Toasted cheese are AMAZING! Their sweet treats are so addicting. The pumpkin whoopie pies with cream cheese icing are to die for 🤤 I haven’t tried anything that I haven’t loved from them. Good quality home made food!

Very nice bakery and deli right on the square in Lewistown. Food is always top-notch and the service is friendly. Some menu items are only offered on specific days of the week, but everything is clearly spelled out on the menu.

Love having a local place with wonderful food, but half the workers are consistently not very nice. They give off the attitude that their customers are bothering them. **Not all of the workers** Food is absolutely amazing. Just wish for friendly service.

I love this place! Been coming for almost a year.Everything about it is top quality. The establishment itself is clean and inviting. Well lit with ample seating.The staff are the cooks, bakers, wait and customer staff. Very friendly and very efficient at their jobs.The food is impeccable. I've had almost everything on their menu (minus pork items), I've never had a complaint. Fast, delicious food everytime.May personal favorites are the baked beans, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and their meatloaf. Their homemade desserts are to die for.Some reviews may say that their prices are a bit high. I disagree. Quality food costs more and people should be willing to pay that difference.

The food is absolutely amazing. It reminds me of Mennonite cooking. Worker were friendly and happy to answer questions.

Wheelchair accessibility: It has a ramp to the front door but it’s on a steep slope.

Went for meatloaf it was okay not horrible but good for what it was. They have great joes teas and they are the best. Service was great and the pulled chicken was good as well. We dined in. It was great for what it was and not a waste of money at all. Just wished there were more options when you came not just a special everyday that is different. It would make it more nicer that way. Very good staff and reasonable prices.

Dietary restrictions: Great vegan options. However, the service was very slow and the pancakes were burned on the buttons. The sweet potato fries were also burned. I ordered the beet patty and it was cold. The favor of the food was fine. But it was clear it had been setting on the service table for awhile. The waiter was good. He apologized for the long wait nevertheless, nothing was offered to compensate for the problem.
