They never include the extra bacon or napkins and drink comes unsweet sometimes
This Location is hands down the best Dunkin’ Donuts you will ever have lol. The customer service and the connection given between you and whoever takes your order is perfect. You can not compare this dunkin to any other dunkin just because of how efficient they are.

This Dunkin is one of the best in the area. I come here once or twice a week for a little treat before work. And no matter how busy it is, I am always in and out in less than five minutes. The workers are very efficient, very polite and very professional.
I like this location. Bathrooms are clean. There are options to order than just the front counter. I’ve never had a bad experience here. It’s definitely bigger inside this one compared to others in the area. It’s not the closest location, but it’s only three miles away from my house.

I asked for the Sabrina carpenter drink and they gave me the wrong thing! Then when i told the worker he started being rude and getting annoyed at me and on top of that my avocado toast wasn’t even toasted!! Worst Dunkin’ experience

I’m really disappointed with a recent experience at Dunkin’. I ordered a 16 oz unsweetened iced tea with light ice, only to find I was charged an extra $0.50—simply for asking for less ice. When I asked about it, the employee explained that it’s not a Dunkin’ corporate policy, but a store-specific decision made by the owners. In their words, “the owners are being cheap,” and apparently this trend is catching on.
Let’s be honest—16 ounces is 16 ounces, regardless of the amount of ice. Charging more for giving me the actual beverage instead of a cup filled with ice? That’s ridiculous. It feels like a sneaky way to squeeze extra money from customers, and it leaves a bad taste (and not from the tea).
Stop this trend. Dunkin’ should step in and enforce consistent, fair policies across its stores. Until then, I’ll be reconsidering where I get my drinks.

Ordered an iced macchiato that had barely any ice, too much milk so coffee flavor was non existent. Basically paid $6 for a cool cup of milk. Waste of money again at Dunkin that cannot keep consistency with making expensive drinks
Restaurantji Recommends
It's Dunkin
From the scowl when I approached the counter to the employee chatter when I asked for a clean table, this was a bad experience. And spray Spic and Span is not the standard for cleaning restaurant tables. When infirst asked for a clean table they merely dusted off the crumbs with a dry paper towel. I had to ask again and explain that there were still food stains on 4 of the tables.

I really don’t leaving negative reviews but this place is ridiculous. Burnt coffee order 5 things and everything was wrong. Top it off with the hash browns had some weird pulled pork yet they say cheese and bacon. All in the trash, for the 4th and last time here.
We got two drinks: one frozen one hot. Both were room temp
