Papa Johns Pizza

Placed an online order for pickup at a requested time. Arrived on time to ask for my order, woman told me there is nobody under my name with an order. She logs onto there system and my order is sitting in there. Already paid for the order, had to wait 40 minutes outside of my pickup time for them to make this order. They didn’t offer me anything for inconvenience, got home pizza is near burnt crust is very dry and thin and cheese sticks weren’t made correctly. They were paper thin with no dough to them. Don’t order here. Food went in the garbage.

Ordered from this location twice and had issues both times. Both times, the crust was trash. Not your normal, doughy Papa Johns crust. I also paid extra both times for the cheese sauce and BOTH times they sent Bleu Cheese. I hate bleu cheese so it got tossed. This time, I placed my ordered and selected delivery for a specific time as I would not be home prior to that. I get a confirmation email that my order would be delivered 45 minutes prior to my selected time. I called the store and I explained what happened. I could barely understand the woman that answered the phone and I got some BS answer that she can't do anything about it and that it was Door Dashes fault. So needless to say. My order sat on my front porch for 50 minutes prior to me getting home. You couldn't pay me to order from this location ever again.

a little while ago I ordered Papa John's and they never deliver my pizza and hours after was made I had to drive and pick it up. tonight I just ordered a pizza they asked me if I wanted delivery or pick up and I requested delivery then he charged me for the pizza and it happens that they don't have my order but I've been charged and they keep me every time on hold forever and transfer me for one person to another. this location Jones road and west Road Houston Texas.

I had a delivery last night. And it was horrible. The instruction was to leave at the the door. This man walked into my mud room (bro) and RELENTLESSLY knocked HARD for about 5 minutes. I had faith he could read, so I waited. I guess not. He also stunk up my house. His BO was SO BAD that it leaked into my home. Jfc control your people

Waited 2 hours last night for uncooked pizza. Got put on hold for over 20 minutes. They offered to remake my order but it was already past my bedtime & hell if I was going to wait another 2 hours. So they told me that I can have the order remade another day. So I called them today & they wouldn’t honor the order. So I paid over 40 bucks for something that I couldn’t eat. Super disappointed. The whole thing was ridiculous & to top it off they referred my order to DoorDash when I ordered through there app

This Dublin location can't get orders right EVER. Last 3 orders wrong. got a miniature pizza versus medium. Smallest pizza I've ever seen. called store and the jerk hung up on me instead of listening to me. If your answering the phone and having damage control. People not going to be happy when their calling. expect some heat especially if the last 3 orders were wrong. I didn't even call and complain about the last 2 incorrect orders.. we are back to Marcos and Jimmy's their stuff is way better. last thing any man should ever say to a female is to take it down a notch. BUYER BEWARE

don't order from store on 1420 s federal hwy. they didn't deliver my order and now they won't refund me. the manager even refused a refund from the store I have text proof

Edit- they have been doing much better since i posted the 1 star review so i upped the rating.
-As a doordasher this place consistently puts out pizza 10-20minutes late... every time...without fail. Staff are super unprofessional

Terrible pizza. Worse customer service. When their advertised Pi Day promo didn't work (and local franchise had zero idea about it), messaged customer service on FB. They've responded two days later, telling me they've applied that deal to my account. Tried to order again today ... and guess what, that promo isn't there either.

I should not have to wait 30 minutes for an order to be ready.
