Two seperate times within two weeks my family had food doordashed from here. Both times, sonic messed up the order. The first time, i ordered a supersonic bacon double. When it arrived, it had no bacon on it. Despite it literally being in the name. Tonight, i ordered the pretzel bacon triple sonic smasher. And what i got was not a pretzel bun, nor a triple. When it arrived, it had a normal bun, with only two patties on it. Yet it had the fried onions and everything else that should be on the item i ordered, so it's not like they mixed it up with another burger they were making. Both times, they left out parts of the item that are in the NAME of it on the menu and the receipt. If you get food from here, don't expect to get what you order.

Rashawn! Most disrespectful employee I have encountered at a sonic. They were not even busy and he was rushing us. At first it was what ever but then he really made a side comment ...These people ...after I asked these people what he did not answer. i canceled the order went to the window. he hit the window open and said what you want in a rude and disrespectful way. Did not think Sonic hired people who discriminated.

This was my first experience at a Sonic & i was very pleasantly surprised. Everything was absolutely delicious and the young lady who helped us was great!
Close enough to a "Classic CarHop" experience, for me. Good food, good prices and seemingly good people. Definitely worth a try.

My battery died bc I left the radio and car on but not running, was on a date too. The employees came out and helped me out until my car was running and I was able to drive away ! The food was hot and dee lish too
The night time crew is very ignorant and disrespectful each time i have gone. You donāt like your job why are you working there?
First time the girl taking my order told me to hold on because she was on her cellphone having a conversation with someone and as I pulled up to pay she was back on her phone just reached her hand out for my card while talking on the phone and slammed the window shut didnāt even say two words to us. Completely ignorant. This was a separate visit from tonight.
Tonight we pulled up to order and we asked if they had any pretzels left. The young guy that was working said what do you want. We proceeded to ask him to hold on because we thought we forgot our card. So we asked him to hold on and he said what did you say we said just a minute. He goes I canāt understand you pull up to the window. So w pull up to the window once we realized we had our card asked for 5 pretzels the kid working the window says āisnāt that what I saidā and we also asked for a bag of ice as heās being very ignorant rolling his eyes I asked who he was being ignorant with and he slammed the window. As heās handing us our stuff heās rolling his eyes at us like we are such an inconvenience. Maybe if you donāt like your job find another one. Itās not hard to be nice, let alone to customers who keep your job open by coming there. Iāll be contacting the manager tomorrow about the royersford location.
