Placed an order through Grubhub, only to have it cancelled when the driver got there because the restaurant claimed that they never received the order. The person that answered when I called to see why it was canceled said that they don’t have the capability to cancel and that the driver did because they didn’t have an order for them. How? Why would Grubhub send their driver to pick up an order that you never received. More like you gave it to the wrong customer and didn’t want to make a large order over. She asked the name that it was under and then said “no we only had one delivery and it was for Doordash” and hung up.Terrible customer service is an understatement

Sonic is probably my favorite fast food place. I love their popcorn chicken and wings. My only complaint is that if you ask to “customize” your order they will never do it and make it the exact way it should be normally. Whether I as for no pickles or extra sauce on the side, it never happens. I know this could happen anywhere but if I ask for extra cheese I would prefer if they say no, instead of saying ok and I still don’t get it. If you want a burger the normal way it comes then you’re fine. Of course I love the shakes and master blasts. If I get a medium or large I can save half and have it twice instead of eating the whole thing ands getting a belly ache.Parking: I like that you can park and order right from your spot
The employees are awesome and I would visit that location again.Parking: It's like a stall that you pull up to and there is about 7 stalls that you can order from.

My family received our order fast. There was 6 of us. The food was great and the server was very friendly.
The staff is great, the food tastes good, but the past two times I've eaten here I got food poisoning so bad I had to call out of work. I won't go back, but don't let me stop you.

We went there years ago, never went again we ordered a burger for my daughter it had a big bug in it. Still to this day my daughter opens up every sandwich she gets to make sure no bugs are inside . All because of this place.This review is long overdue!!

Milkshakes from this place suck. Too thick. Takes an hour and a half to drink one. Its like they just throw ice cream in cup. Strawberry even worse chunks too big to fit up the straw. Awful.

After going to a different location and being told drinks were not available, we decided to drive the extra 10 mins to this location.. Was trying to order from the car hop side.. a girl came on the speaker after waiting for a little (which we were fine with) and told us “you’ll get much faster service if you go thru the drive thru.” Wouldn’t let us respond and just said “thanks” if I could give a negative review for her attitude I would. Very unprofessional.

I’ve been here at least twenty times in the last two years and every single time the food is fresh and hot! All the employees are also sweet! Came by today to try the new chicken buffalo bites and they are amazing 10/10! Good food!
