This is the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever encountered; they just shut down the store without informing anyone on Google or anywhere else that it was closed. The most frustrating part is they are only open for drive-thru service; what about the customers who walked three miles just to grab a cup of coffee? Even when I approached the drive-thru window to order coffee, they refused to take my order. This situation is completely unfair.

I did not catch the name of the man handling the drive-through area of the Starbucks. However, he was very patient and understanding, even explaining what was in some of the coffee drinks. When we pulled up to the window to pick up our beverages, he was especially pleasant with a big smile and very helpful. Excellent customer service from this gentleman.

Ordered a BOSE with light ice. It was still 95% ice!!! Literally 10 small sips for $6.31 is crazy! No wonder Bux is losing customers ☹️

Awesome staff members!! I always go through the drive through and they get me out super quickly. Every worker I’ve met at this location has been awesome. Any time there is a mistake (which very rarely happens for me) they are super quick to correct it and very professional.
