I have really tried to give this dunkin a chance. they consistently make the same mistakes with my orders. they consistently serve burnt food items. today there was a hair in my sandwich. was a great dunkin when it first opened, but quality has taken a total dive
edit: we are also missing 2 of our half dozen donuts.

Before today I've never seen a Dunkin without any donuts. 4 pumpkin donuts left after we got a half dozen. I felt bad for people in drive-thru who couldn't escape the long wait. The person I was with said it's not always like this.

There's no reason why it should take 30+ mins to get through the drive thru line every time I come here. I wish they would remove the drive thru barrier so you could get out of line before ordering, instead you're essentially trapped in the line. -1000/10

Coffee Burnt total time 38.47 minutes. Sidewalk blocks you in , you can't leave. Just Don't Go!!

This morning I ordered a coffee at 7:05 am. I proceeded to wait in the drive thru for almost 45 minutes waiting. I normally try to be very understanding as I have worked in fast food. However, because of this I was late for work and my coffee wasn’t even made right. I was unable to pull out of the drive thru because of the set up of the location, so I had no choice but to sit and wait.
I enjoy the staff I interact with there very much and hope no one is too offended. I have been coming there almost daily for the last year. However, I think that ended as of today. Today was unacceptable.

This Dunkin has management problems, but nothing new for Linden. Lock Haven and Williamsport Dunkins are way better. Why do I bother with this place. They almost never get it right, and it always takes forever!!

The servers were super slow and under staffed. They didn’t have hardly any of the donuts that are normally offered. What they did have was stale. They were taking people’s money for orders and then ten minutes later telling them that they didn’t have the donuts to fill the order. Save your time and go somewhere else.
