The servers were super slow and under staffed. They didn’t have hardly any of the donuts that are normally offered. What they did have was stale. They were taking people’s money for orders and then ten minutes later telling them that they didn’t have the donuts to fill the order. Save your time and go somewhere else.

The sourdough breakfast sandwich was terrible. Soggy bread one egg, one piece of cheese and bacon that only covered half the piece of bread. And one item missing from our order.

This is the second time I’ve had the worst experience ever my coffee was completely messed up I said something she looked at me said ok rolled her eyes my coffee sat there for another 10 minutes before I gave up and walked out the door! To boot the rest of my food order was a disaster! If there’s gonna be a Dunkin off the highway they need to have your shit together 20 minutes waiting on orders is ridiculous

Went to the drive through and ordered a small iced vanilla latte and a vanilla frosting filled donut. Didn’t receive a straw and was given the completely wrong donut. Tried the donut and it was stale and bland tasting

It’s Dunkin, what do you expect. But the wait time for the drive thru is outrageously long, considering they put up so many reminders about drive thru etiquette. The signs are so outrageous: remind us, who’s the customer again? 😂 the staff are nice though so that’s a positive!
