This location fills me with rage. They can’t seem to do anything right. My orders are consistently wrong or missing items and the staff is not always friendly. Save yourself and go to the next available Dunkin if you want to get what you actually paid for and have a pleasant experience.

The folks at this Dunkin do not know what they are doing. Every time we come here, our drinks are incorrect or they say they can’t make something when I’ve had it at several other locations without issue. We will no longer be coming here.

Micheal was very rude, we went through the drive thru waiting for donuts and a drink, A girl greeted us at the window and looked high out of her mind, went back to “get” the donuts and never came back. We sat there for a good 10min before Micheal came to the window and got smart for no reason after we asked for the donuts we were waiting on. He told us we could come inside and do something about it. All over us waiting on the donuts we paid for.

Disappointed in the fact that the only things I enjoy eating keeps being changed or discontinued. Also, the only wraps you have apparently are spicy and I have acid reflux and GERD. It should be mentioned prior to accepting the order!!! Otherwise, Ice Coffee and Frozen Coffee and my husband's sandwich (which is disappointing because it used to come with Ham) was good.
The absolute worst Dunkin in a 50mile radius. Every weekend for months our orders are not correct. Highly disappointed

Ordered a large mocha cold brew with cold foam. No mocha was in it and they used granulated sugar so it wasn’t dissolved at all. On top of it they weren’t even busy I was the only car in line and waited at least 5 minutes for the drink and that’s all I ordered.

this place is incredible. incredible in how every single time i go there there is always something wrong with over half of the order every single time. i would bet money on there being something wrong with every person's order that goes here. amazing. we order online and there shouldnt be any excuse for why it is wrong. they get everything a customer wants printed on a slip right in front of them and its shocking how wrong they get our order sometimes.
